1 (24) - Cesar Ruiz
3 (74) - Zack Baun (traded a 2021 3rd to move up to this spot)
3 (105) - Adam Trautman (traded 4 2020 picks to move up to this spot)
7 (240) - Tommy Stevens

Ruiz looks like a bust. Baun is a good ST gunner but cost two 3rd round picks. Trautman was terrible last year and Stevens is in the CFL. Yikes...

Trautman has definitely been a disappointment but I'm curious to see him work with Winston again this year. Hopefully they can find a connection.

Yea, I'm not writing off Trautman as a bust just yet. He looked very good his rookie year.

Sadly, Trautman is the best one, and he’s been a disappointment.

I was so pissed when we picked Ruiz.

Ruiz has been awful, but I haven’t given up on him yet. He was drafted to play center but COVID killing the off season and injuries left him at guard - plus McCoy turned out to be a great center. I’ll give Marrone a chance to fix him.

We knew this was the case BEFORE the team drafted Ruiz.

A completely indefensible pick by Sean and the front office

I wanted Brandon Ayuik at that pick. Would be a nice complimentary WR to have with Thomas

Patrick Queen and Jonah Jackson would have changed thus team a lot and made that draft a home run.

Drafting Queen in the first most likely mean we do not draft Baun later.

Not Drafting Ruiz means Jackson would have been a good pick.

Still okay with the Trautman pick.

Hoping the front office shows more restraint on draft day. Will not miss rash trade ups to satisfy Payton’s whims and impulses.

That said, the trade with the Eagles doesn’t inspire hope we’ll quit making impulsive draft trades.

Queen hasn't been all that great himself.

Everyone kept saying. “Quality over quantity “ after that draft.

Maybe Ruiz and McCoy get a look in the other's position during camp

It was a huge miss and reflected poorly on an agitated Payton who didn’t want to draft from home so he pushed to grade all their day 3 picks away so he wouldn’t have the camera crew out of his house.

Kind of looking forward to a Dennis Allen spearheaded draft to see how it goes.

Not sure what games y’all been watching, but Trautman has been the best of that draft class.

He was the top rated blocking te in the league two years ago. He also made some tough catches last year.

I was all in on Jefferson in the first that year. Was told over and over wr wasn’t a need and we needed a linebacker in the first lol.

Trautman seems to have some very obvious lapses in focus... Too many drops. It is, however, difficult to judge any receivers with the QBs that have thrown to them in the past few years.

I think what he was getting at is Queen>>Baun and Jackson>>>>>Ruiz; and I am not sure you can really make an argument there.

For those discounting Trautmen, he appeared to be coming along in the passing game before the injury. He was starting to make tough catches, having more consistent hands, and was beginning to get some separation. I still think they can improve (maybe that's what Hill will bring), but it appears he will not be a complete bust.
