Bro, did you see the Saint’s WR room last year?

It was absolute dog shite. We were pulling guys off Claiborne ave.

They needed an infusion of talent and they achieved that this offseason.

Why draft a receiver?
At a top ten pick to be your #1?

You could have gotten Downs and a recievers in the second
Doesn't that support taking Tyson? To have a young top notch WR at a discounted price for the next several years given you had to pay your #1 that much?

I guess you forgot that Shough was throwing to arena football quality WRs by the end of the season

They were better than what the season began with

i was against signing Olave long term mostly because of multiple concussions but it was a fair deal if he can stay healthy and perform at LY level or just close now that we have Tyson.

The contracts on him, tyson, and Schough all line up appropriately to know if we can make some noise in the next few years.

He simply can NOT drop the amount of balls he did first half of the season.

Yeah I hate when our offense has multiple weapons.

But seriously though, Jonas Sanker and Justin Reid are solid safety options for the next several year

I actually like Julian Blackmon at safety. I think the defense will be even better on the backend with him back this yr. Staley seems to like Sanker at nickel.

I just wonder how well he is going to hold up in man coverage when he gets schemed on a receiver. Everything else he is really good at.

Because you get Tyson cheap on a rookie deal while your are paying Olave this much. When Olave's deal is up, he'll be on the other end of 30. You can let him walk if he wants too much and give Tyson his big contract at that time. It's much better to have one of your stars on a rookie deal while you are paying the other. You don't want to be in the Bengals situation where both stars were up for big deals at the same time as well as a QB no longer on a rookie deal.

While I personally preferred Downs, your take is retarded.
