We’ve passed the Rooney rule. The only two candidates that I’d be cool with are Flores and Allen. I’d still give Allen the nod though

Don’t we get an extra pick like a 3rd if we hire a black coach?

Funny I just assume we’re gonna keep the assistants… Neilson is what really matters whoever the coach is.

What’s going to be interesting now is if both the Saints and the Giants offer him the job. The Giants have already come out and said that Daniel Jones is their starter next year. They also have significantly less talent than we do. You’d have to think that gives us the leg up on Flores. He’d be a great hire, whether he brings Watson with him or not.
