No. He was melting because one of the excuses people use for Bienemy not getting hired is that he doesn't call the plays but no one cares that Hackett doesn't call plays in GB.

I don't get the Flores hype

The Dolphins roster is a dumpster fire outside of a handful of players and Tua is a shell and he got 9 and 10 wins in two years in one of the most poorly run franchises in the NFL and you’re NOT interested?

bullshite listen to it again. It’s a racial thing

“[Nathaniel Hackett got the job because he can attract Rodgers but Bieniemy has been to 4 straight conference games.] That’s jacked up. As a black man that points out these things when they take place, these inequities…Hackett and Rodgers didn’t win but he gets the HC job over a guy like Bieniemy with those qualifications.. as a black man, it is sickening, it is insulting”

Don’t we get an extra pick like a 3rd if we hire a black coach?

The team who hires a minority coach away from another team receives 2 3rd round picks. I don't know how this works considering he was fired.

quote:

• A team that loses a minority assistant coach who becomes a head coach or loses a personnel executive who becomes a general manager will receive third-round compensatory picks in each of the next two drafts.

Dude, I didn’t have a test. It was a random conversation with the OC at Alabama. I had a similar one with Sean Payton ( who made a point to try to talk with anyone back then ) in Jackson at 2006 training camp along with other fans. You knew Payton had “it” just that quick. Dabol was like talking with Emsminger whenever he was on campus at WM - He was just another coach, not someone that projected to become the head coach of the NY Giants.
