Goodell makes Sankey look honest.

I wonder how much money the replay official has on the game.

So now just raising your arm is enough for it to be a forward pass?

If he didn't get hit and was trying to throw to Gibbs in the same spot, its a live ball

He meant to throw it forward, nothing to see here.

Lol his arm went forward when the defender hit it. Little count Goff getting away with BS till this day.

Ok I'm out. That's absolutely the worst and most bullshite call I've ever seen. The ball clearly went backwards, so intent is irrelevant

If you throw a ball backwards it’s a live, recoverable ball regardless. Make it make sense

Intent in a football game is wild… I intended to not fumble so it’s not a fumble???

That’s some real home field advantage

What a waste having a referee to explain the call. Like he's going to go against his buddies. SMDH

“He intended to throw the ball forward. He didn’t, he didn’t even move his hand forward, but surely that’s what he intended. Therefore no fumble, no TD and let’s just give the Lions the yards on the pass the QB intended”

His arm wasn’t going forward. The defender hit him from behind causing the illusion of forward motion with the arm.

That cannot be the rule. The implications of it would be so vast. Intent?!? Get the frick out of here.

So if a quarterback starts his throwing motion and the ball slips out his hand backwards, it’s still incomplete??

That explanation made no sense
