I can’t watch this shite anymore. His intent was for a forward pass? I bet he intended it to be a touch down also. Do we give him a td ??
Posted on 9/13/26 at 1:04 pm to statpadr
Young’s intent was to sack him so why shouldn’t it be a sack?
Posted on 9/13/26 at 1:04 pm to Weekend Warrior79
Apparently. Depends on who the call is on . Can’t convince me they take that TD away from Detroit.

I saw Aaron Brooks throw a ball backwards and it be a turnover when the other team got it. How was that any different?
Posted on 9/13/26 at 1:04 pm to statpadr
INTENT! same as UNREALIZED GAINS!

New application of rules those of us who have watched football for 50 years have never seen…with an “expert” right there to tell everyone that they just don’t understand the rules.
This is the most NFL thing you could ever see.

Backwards passes are laterals. Even if you intended to throw it forwards

So now just raising your arm is enough for it to be a forward pass?
Nah you just have to have a want to throw the ball and that means it's an incompletion. I'm speechless. You would think with the massive amount of money spent on sports gambling these days that they wouldn't legally be allowed to rig this shite so much

Next time we turn it over, we need to say, we'll i didn't intend to turn it over.
What a crock of sh*t.
What a crock of sh*t.

How is that the rule?!!! I’ve NEVER SEEN THAT
I don't think it was a forward pass, but if the defender causes a forward pass to go backwards due to a hit then it's not considered a lateral

I think this may be the last NFL game I watch, man. I can't stand these retarded arse fricking rules
Posted on 9/13/26 at 1:05 pm to jkylejohnson
When did this rule get made? Doesn’t ur arm have to go forward to pass ? Intent is subjective how can they determine someone else intent
Posted on 9/13/26 at 1:05 pm to touchdownjeebus
Because he intended to throw it forward it can’t be a backwards pass? So can anyone ever really fumble, because clearly no one ever intends to fumble?

When you fumble it’s never your INTENT!!! Wtf?!?
Posted on 9/13/26 at 1:05 pm to LSUgrad88
That might be the worst rule I’ve ever seen in any sport. Holy shite.
Posted on 9/13/26 at 1:06 pm to Fun Bunch
Inability to run the ball is killing us
Posted on 9/13/26 at 1:06 pm to JayVegas702
Olave’s intent was to catch that deep pass, should have awarded him a TD on the drop
