You should watch his first few runs as a Raider

He exploded in that first game. I believe it was a Thursday night game

He’s pretty damn quick

I looked at his gamelog for 2014, and against the Chiefs he ran the ball 4 times. For 112 yards, and 2 TDs.

That's freakin' crazy.

People need to keep in mind that both Oakland AND Minnesota have had offensive lines near the bottom of the league during his time with those teams. The Saints will easily - easily - have the best line he's ever run behind.

Notice the distance he puts between himself and 4.4 guy Eric Berry

He is a long strider. That running style actually worries me for a power back. I don’t know a lot about Murray’s game but I assume he is here for the Ingram role. I only watched a few highlights from last year. I trust the Saints’ staff much more than my own opinion so I’m excited to see what he can do.

You can stop worrying cause the guy is going to absolutely kill it here as long as he gets enough carries.

I actually trust the staff and even you regulars because y’all watched more than I have of him. If he is good enough for y’all, he is good enough for me. I was more pointing out my lack of a good scouting eye.

LSU incoming freshman Emory has the same long striding running style and I think he is gonna be a beast.

He has a 97th percentile speed score at 6’3” 225. I see a shifty runner who hits the hole w burst

If there is a knock on him it’s his ability to get yards after contact

We know he can pound the rock, but my hope is that he is also the highly productive dual threat on dump-offs & screens that Ingram was.

It makes the offense harder to defend when you can run or pass on any given play.

Otherwise, teams will just stack the box when there is a predictable one-dimensional back like Adrian Peterson was for the Saints.

He's missed 2 games due to injury in 5 seasons (78/80 games played) and has played every game the last two seasons

Really weird that "saints fans" are shitting all over our new RB. can't wait to bump this thread in the fall.

The first replay the run is going left which is stacked up and LM makes a great read and cuts it back. All on the runner.

The second clip is how NOT to play run defense in the NFL as all the Fins players dive to the inside and no one is holding the edge so yes a big hole there.

And a hole isnt work dick if a RB can't get to it with speed and agility

Ingram ran through some of the biggest holes in the league here. He was always getting to the 2nd level almost untouched
