Coming into this season, I really thought he would be more productive than Bijan Robinson.. Looks like another dud of a pick. At least for now.

Hope he reallybdevotes himself to getting in better shape this offseason. His knee issue never really allowed that imo

You thought a 3rd round pick behind two established NFL running backs would be more productive than the #7 pick going to a run heavy offense?

Those are really lofty expectations man. Come on. There is no way I thought he would be better than Bijan- I mean he was third on our depth chart to begin with.

I wasn’t high on the pick. Thought we should have gone Achane if we were taking a rb that early. I don’t think he’s a bust, just nothing special.

I’m still more pissed that we passed on Branch for Fosky.

Silly take. At best he was always going to be 3rd on our depth chart behind Kamara & Williams.

Can't call him a bust either. Injuries in training camp limited his readiness, flashed a few times in preseason & regular season, but also looked mediocre at times. Keep in mind the way this offense has looked all season, and the fact that we suck at running the ball. I'm not sure if he'll be a big factor down the road or not but you cannot call him bust yet

In all fairness, Kamara is a third round pick and McCaffrey was like the 8th pick in the draft and Kamara got offensive rookie of the year.

So I can see why saints fans would think that

Did he play? I know he might have a slight injury right now possibly.

Personally running backs are a dime a dozen. I don’t even think this is a concern when our offensive coordinator doesn’t run the ball or throw screens to them. Even if he was good we would never know cause of Carmicheal.

Given this was such a stupid homer football prediction, why should any post you make be taken seriously?

He was always being drafted as the eventual #2 guy at RB, one day taking Williams’ spot. I don’t believe the Saints saw a star as much as a solid RB that has solid size, vision, power and speed that can give you 10-12 touches a game.

Miller is a wasted pick who won’t do anything for this team. Any carries he gets takes away from Kamara which can’t happen.

RB is not a valued position on the New Orleans Saints and they certainly are not the focal point of the offensive juggernaut that Pete Carmichael has constructed.

Kamara won't be in New Orleans much longer.

Majority on here were on board with the pick. Maybe next year he’ll look better with a different OC and coaches.,

I mean he’s behind Kamara and Jamal Williams so that’s one thing. Also, most rookies take awhile to get familiar with a system and build strength to pass block. If you put him in there and he can’t pass block behind this terrible oline then it’s a dead giveaway he’s gonna get the ball.
