You could have stopped after “Kellen has no charisma”.

Team is a reflection of the coach and the team has no pulse just like him

When we hired Moore, it was always a bet that he'd be a different...more ready guy in a couple of years from where he was. Why he didn't get any of the other jobs is pretty obvious now. He's just not an alpha...at all. He doesn't command respect. He's a passive leader. The bet was that he was a good enough young football mind that, if given time, could learn to be a HC and develop the leadership type of skills that would be needed. A year in, and you can see all of the weaknesses. Unfortunately, you don't see any of the strengths. And, he seems to not recognize how important the HC aspect of the job is. Someone convinced him that this bland, no answer approach is the right thing to do and nobody cares about him enough to sit him down and explain how this is impacting him negatively. This isn't only about press conferences. The guy saw his defense literally quit on him 2 weeks ago...and then follow up with another listless performance. Both of those were in the dome. I actually think he's lost the locker room...just not in an antagonistic way like most coaches lose it. The players don't hate him. They just don't respect him and have no confidence in the direction of the team. I think you have to give Moore through the end of next year...but the writing is on the wall IMO.
I’d like to disagree with this, but sadly I can’t. I think its spot on.

He spouts meaningless cliches in a voice that sounds like he has a clothespin on his nose.

Dead serious but I think the NOS channel deleted Mccoy's video he was so mad I can't find it anywhere and it was uploaded an hour ago
It's on Instagram. The locker room is done. This season is over just like it was for DA. CKM will be back next year and it'll be more of the same.

end of next year
This is the NFL. If this team isn’t showing progress this year and continues to regress he should be gone. Unfortunately, should and will are varying with this franchise.
It sure sounded to me like Triplett and Underhill were hinting this morning that players are already confiding that they are losing faith.

Agree. Whether it would happen towards the end of next year or after the season is irrelevant though. This wouldn’t be a team and or a season that you would try to be salvaging with a move. In the scenario where you fire him, this would be a team drafting top 10 again.
There would be zero desire from this front office to get rid of him if there were any argument to keep him. I think he’d keep his job with 7 wins.
The bar isn’t high for him.

If this team wins less than 7 games and the offense continues to look like dogshit / team continues to be unprepared you absolutely can him. If Shough works out you can’t waste another cheap year and or his development.

I think it's super clear to everyone he doesn't have it. The reporters today were going at him and were obviously tired of his canned answers and cliches
This feels different than the last DA year when Mickey was hesitant

His name is Kellen y’all. Give him a break

He probably did well in Philly because he got to be good cop to Siriani’s bad cop. That and superior talent on the O line and running back.

Winning changes all those words.
CKM took over a team that the majority here said was years away.
Now? Fire him lol
Yall have ADD.
KM was put in a tough situation, but at the same time, we have regressed since the end of last season. There is no excuse for going 0-3 in this past homestand especially with how poorly we have played. Follow that up with KM's Napoleon Dynamite persona in the press conference with his 4 word answers, and you have a locker room and fan base that is growing impatient.
Bill Belichick acts the same way in press conferences, but he also has 6 Super Bowl titles and a system that even Nick Saban learned from. KM is a rookie head coach who doesn't even look like he wants to be there half of the time. When does he argue with a ref? When does he show fire when answering a single question? Where's the excitement from him when we score a touchdown? At least PRETEND that you like your job.

I see nothing that says he will never be a decent HC. OC? Heck yeah look at Philly since he left.
Nor do I see anything yet that guarantees his success.

1000%
would you respect this guy? he doesn't win, he doesn't inspire, he doesn't lead.... he's just sorta "there"...
he was the absolute wrong hire, and we are going to be a rudderless ship for at least the rest of this season, and likely part of next, at the least

We aren't watching the Kardashians. I really don't care if he has charisma. Start winning or get out.

So many opportunities! Opportunities all around! What a joke this franchise has become. Payton and Brees gave us a taste of what success looks like and now we are back to the bottom of the totem poll with the likes of the Browns.

I look at what Carolina was going through a few years ago. it really looked like Bryce young wasn't going to pan out but he has turned a corner.
I didn't think much of Canalas and say what you will I know they won the division with the losing record last year but they gave the Rams a pretty damn good game in the playoff game. I still found it weird that we swept them but whatever.
I guess part of me doesn't want to jump the gun on Moore But it's just so hard to have a good feeling about it when we know that the Saints have been putting out a s*** product now for a handful of years.
