Oh shite, this is awesome! Hopefully he makes it to us.

Bunchie I'll throw a name at you that's been undervalued and not talked about bc he played last year in an offense ill suited for him
Eric Decker, who will be 31
The 4 years leading up to 2016 when he got hurt he averaged
82/1085/10
I would rather he or even a Kendall Wright vs Nelson if nelson's wants a lot of coin

Yea, Kendall Wright is a decent WR that should be pretty cheap.

I'm actually going to change my tune a bit after reading this article:
Jordy As a Slot Receiver in 2016
If he wants a reasonable deal (like $8.5 million a year), then I'm all for it. Any more money, and I'm legit worried about him making it thru the season.

Would totally buy a Decker 10 jersey.

For sure
I’m thinking 3 year $15-$16M. I can’t see a team going much more than $5M a year for him. Never know though.

Assuming Snead is Snead again, we have the slot covered. For pennies on the dollar, no less
Teams can sign snead to an offer sheet, and the saints have the chance to match. We dont know what he will cost or how high the saints will go on him if someone else wants him. We need to be proactive

I have a feeling it’ll be closer to 7-8 per year over 2 years.

Smith was coming off a ruptured Achilles tho. Nelson I think you’re looking at $6-7 per year with some guarantees

Jordy is also a willing and effective blocker which is something this staff always wants.

We just made a major push for Graham to come back...

Like Kendall Wright alot.
He is faster and way quicker than snead.
Shouldn't cost much and at this point u have to sign someone to compete with snead.
Jordy nelson can still play especially with brees.
Give him no more than 6 or 7 though.
I'd do one year 7 mil today though
John Brown just got 5

Signing Jordy ( and Suh and Mathiue) vs a FA also allows us to get comp picks.

Jeremy Maclin is a free agent now too, btw

Did Jordan Matthews get signed? News has been coming out so fast I haven't been able to keep up

I think this would be a great pickup. We need a bring a lunch pail to work kind of guy. Heck, last year was a down year but before that he had an awesome 5 year stretch.
