Jordy is 33 and has had multiple serious injuries in the past I believe. I’d go low money for a year and that’s it but someone is going to give him more because of his name.

I’d rather Suh.

Why wouldn’t he at least visit seahawks and saints and just see what we had to offer?
So dumb

Sign him to some type of one year “see what you’ve got left” type contract. Wish there was a better term for that type of deal.

He probably already let them know what Oakland was offering. Wouldn’t you?

I would go visit both places in person
If you are on the bachelor, you wouldn’t just marry the first one that walks out.
Gotta see all the options first.

The #Raiders deal for WR Jordy Nelson is not a done deal just yet. I’m told they have real competition from the #Saints. They are making a hard push. The #Seahawks aren’t out yet. He’s still in Oakland, but...

Perfect world we get him and keep Snead. Thomas, Ginn, Nelson, Snead, and Lewis would be a nice WR group,

I agree there should be a commonly accepted vernacular for contracts for players later in their career that are trying to show their worth or that they have something left in the proverbial tank. Almost like they are trying to prove naysayers wrong...

maybe "proverbial tank" contract? "naysayers" contract?

Rap just tweeted to not count out Seattle either.

Realistically, if Jordy wants to play in playoffs he’ll come to Nola. If Jordy wants more money he’ll go to Raiders. If Jordy wants to grow an edgy and cool mustache and drink coffee he’ll go to Seattle.

I'd prefer Suh 100%, but I have to admit, it doesn't hurt to have Nelson because we're thin at WR. Remember all them games our WRs couldn't get any separation from DBs? I think Jordy can get open more than someone like Coleman or TLL.
