This is definitely not a massive game changer, but he's got great hands and is good locker room presence as a veteran.
Sign him to a vet contract for 2 years and 2nd year team option and I'd be ok with it.
Thomas/Nelson/Ginn/Kamara would be a lot of fun to watch.

He was a top 10 receiver in the league before Rodgers got hurt with one less game than the other receivers. He's still very, very good.
