You admit there are direct advantages to playing within the dome with the crowd noise.

Then you disagreed with him that opposing players can be intimidated

He didn’t. But still. The Bears can barely move the ball. At least the Eagles are able to make some plays thanks to Foles.

With the game on the line in a crazy atmosphere I don’t think Trubisky or Dak would make the throws they’d HAVE to make in order to win in the Dome. Foles could make those throws.

Correct

Because they aren’t the same thing Lester, they are two completely separate arguments and ideas

1 . One person believes the advantage is due to player personnel having an advantage indoors, crowd noise effecting audibles and calls at the line of scrimmage, and being able to have your normal routine at home

2. One person beleive the advantage is also due to intimidation and more intensity for the home team

It’s fine for him to feel how he does, I know many people do. But you for claim we are “saying the same thing” makes no sense

Hell, me and tgrbait are very clear where our opinions differ

Yes you feel players are basically robots and loud home crowds do nothing to rattle their emotions or pump them up. That's asinine and players ALWAYS talk about how it affects them, and their nerves.

Ok. I find it interesting you think grown men

These are grown men in their 20’s. In a sense most of them are still Kid’s. Still wet behind the ears.

You can’t sit here and tell me that crowd noise and heckeling from the home team doesn’t affect them.

Players have also said they go on the road and they aren’t intimidated

What do they kno though?

Players of course will say they feed off the crowd. I couldn’t imagine a player saying “nah, our home crowd really doesn’t do anything for us”

Are people really disagreeing that home teams feed off the intensity? Players have said that it makes them get that "extra gear often".

The noise factor is also hard on opponents, go to the Seahawks game. It is deafening, even players have said its hard to audible.

Umm, you know there is another option right?

I beleive pro athletes play with the same intensity and effort whether home or away when they are fighting for their playoff lives
