He’s too slight of build, and he doesn’t have the greatest arm strength. He kind of reminds me of Kyler Murray honestly. I just don’t think he’s worth trading the farm away for.

Would you rather have Kyler Murray or Derek Carr?

You want to trade away the farm to have Kyler Murray as your franchise QB?

The object is to win the Super Bowl, and that’s not happening with a Kyler Murray. You need better than that.

Daniels may not be a top 10 pick.

Kyler Murray is 5’10” and Jayden Daniels is 6’4”. This is a ridiculous comparison made by a troll. Get lost.

You believe Daniels is 6’4”? I don’t. Maybe 6’2” at the most?

He’s still slight of build and much of his game is dependent on his mobility and improvising during plays. This is much like Murray.

Lamar Jackson is built much sturdier than Jayden Daniels.

Lamar has put on good weight since college. He was 6’2 and 216 lbs. when he was drafted.

Daniels is listed at 6’4 and 210, so he will probably measure 6’3 at the combine.

Daniels has a very similar frame, playing style and production as Lamar when he was drafted. He’s the obvious comp.

Daniels is a better and more accurate passer than Lamar, Daniels is the first Jayden Daniels

My god LSU homer alert. Lamar won the MVP and you're saying a college kid is a better passer?
Daniels is the next Justin Fields. If he was at any other school, there wouldn't be 50 threads about him.

I would assume he means Jayden is a better passer than Lamar in college. If that's what he is saying then he is 100% correct. That's why Lamar sucked arse against LSU. He finally played a team that could cover his receivers and had the speed to stop his running.

Not considering the size, his playing style isn’t far off from Kyler Murray. and yes, you still take that guy in the top half of rd 1

Robert Griffin is probably the more apt comp

You clearly haven’t watch and therefor don’t know shite. Daniels is every bit of 6’4. Even if you were right, the Murray comp is dumb. Murray is a midget.

We may not have to trade up for him or give up a ton to move a few spots I think is the point. He’s not at the top of most people’s draft board for whatever reason.

If he’s there when we pick I’d take him.

.

Lamar missed wide open receivers many times in just the game I watched Thursday. Daniels is a 5th year guy he’s not some 20yr old junior

Wanna know how I know you haven’t watched him play much?
1. You said he doesn’t have a strong arm.
2. You compared a 6’4” guy to Kyler Murray.
