Specifically, guys you wanted the Saints to pick that they did not.

Right:
Jerry Hughes
Derrick Johnson
Jarvis Landry
Eric Kendricks
Justin Jefferson

Wrong:
Jarvis Jones
Sergio Kindle
Aldon Smith
Laquon Treadwell
Haason Reddick
Patrick Queen
Kenneth Murray

I need to look at old drafts to remember (the NFL destroying the draft has led my memories of the draft to largely delete in my brain), but I can remember 100% Marcus Trufant (because it was the biggest meltdown of my Saints draft life when they traded up to pick that fat frick Sullivan) being the right call. I'm pretty sure I was a Jarvis Jones guy, too, so I'll take that L

I wanted Amon Ra St. Brown bad like really bad. Now he’s balling in Detroit.

I thought Hakeem butler from Iowa state was gonna be a unit in the nfl. Dude is awful. Not even sure he’s still playing.

Haason Reddick

He’s had almost 30 sacks the last two year?

I know it's not your exact hypo but I was melting at the rumors of us taking Mahomes in 2017 and Lamar Jackson in 2018.

Reddick has been great the last 2-3 years but didn’t do shite his first 3 years. Unlikely he would have hit his second contract with the saints

This whole board was wrong about Ruben Foster.

Board melted the year we took Lattimore, RR, and Kamara.

Idiots.

What about the time you kept saying CJ Stroud would go undrafted if he scored an 18 on that test and then he was picked 2nd overall?

I was wrong on Jefferson in the sense I thought he’d have a nice career as an ancillary piece but no way in hell did I see him becoming a top 3 WR in the league

I was pretty pissed when we took Peat, but I also wanted Devante Parker there and both have had so so careers…still frick Peat

The point clearly went over your head.

Think about what you're misunderstanding about my comment.

I really liked Kikaha at the time. Dude was a phenomenal college pass rusher.

I loved Marcus Williams and he turned out great despite what the tards on here think.

Did not want that retard Reuben Foster and the melt over him vs Ram was epic.

I can't remember many others. I think I was very high on Brandin cooks.

I was ok with Davenport.

I remember ridiculing the Falcons for taking Matt Ryan over Glenn Dorsey.

Dorsey got fricked by KC playing a 3-4

I remember wanting Sean Porter - thinking he was a Lavonte David clone, and guys like Shaq Lawson.

That was a fun one. Board melting for taking Lattimore over White; hindsight says the team would have been great either way.
I remember the board really wanting Foster, who was off the board before the Ram pick. But do not recall the consensus want was after Foster, just remember the bar I was at screaming and a few drinks getting slammed to the ground. A lot of pissed off posters that the team didn't go up one spot to get him, which is really ironic considering 10/11.
What was the beef over AK, the trade up? I don't recall that one as I was a little indifferent on the pick

Lol if I remember correctly I think we traded a future second in order to get the 3rd rounder to draft him.

I remember the board having a mini melt over Kamara, but then I remember Payton grinning like he had stole something. That was just great scouting.

I’ll own having a small come apart over not picking Drew Lock in the second rd, I thought he would be a steal. Lots of corollaries between him and Levis now that I think about it.
