I take Hilliard but Martin was really good. I think that Dalton scored 22 touchdowns in one season

Eric Martin or Devery Henderson.
Martin definitely had the better career but Henderson resume is legendary not to mention he was a solid contributor on two of the best saints teams of all time.

Total Saints career?

Eric Martin.
Yeah, Hilliard is one of my all-time favorites as a back, but Martin had the bigger career.

Looking him up, he's still top 4 alltime in Saints history in receiving stats.
Receptions- 3rd behind Colston and Thomas.
TDs-4th behind Horn, Graham, Colston
Yards- 2nd behind Colston
100 yd catch games- 4th behind Colston, Horn, Thomas.

Saints run game was hot arse back then. First man I ever hated was Carl Smith thanks to my Dad.

Jimmy Taylor.

Really old guy here, been a Saints fan since day one. I would bet most of the young bucks have never heard of Jimmy Taylor.LSU full back way back in the late 50's, just before the '58 National Championship team with Billy Cannon, et al.

He was on the Green Bay first ever Super Bowl twinning team, NFL HOF class of 1976 and LSU All-America.

What did he do for the Saints? Unfortunately, not very much. He was pretty much used up by the time he played for the Saints and it was only for one year, the first Saints season of 1967.

So, I guess it depends on what is the meaning of "Best LSU Saint."

I'll go with Jimmy Taylor,

I was a very active 4y/o during the first season, I would always try to tackle my older brother, and in the process I would yell, "tackle Jimmy Taylor"! Only reason I remember him playing with the Saints, and going to LSU.
