I totally agree. We had the number 1 portal class and some great high school recruiting classes. Throw in a top 5 coach in America. We will be in the playoffs THIS season!
What I don’t understand is that the guys calling the game defended him after seeing the replay. Landon Donovan even said that he was anticipating getting hit so it should not have been a penalty. What??? It was so obviously a flop!!
I guess that people in the soccer world are so used to flopping that it’s just a normal part of the game to get away with it. I have to admit that it’s been fun to watch but this type of stuff really turns me away from the game.

LSU bs Wyoming 1978. Hokie Gajsn returned the opening kickoff for a touchdown. We were in the end zone that he ran into. There was just a wall of players in the center of the field when it just opened up and Hokie ran through it.
Still remember walking into the stadium. Couldn’t believe how big it was.
What am I missing here? Don’t know anything about these players. Looks OK but not sure about using the word “stacked”.

I take Hilliard but Martin was really good. I think that Dalton scored 22 touchdowns in one season
Sad day when we have to cherry pick one pitcher who was maybe the same as last season and would have been OK if he pitched on Sundays.
Schmidt is thought of as a first round MLB pick, not a Suday guy in the SEC.
The common denominator is Yeskie. Are you trying to imply that he did a good job this season and it was all the pitchers fault?
It is possible to do a great job in one season and do a terrible job the next. He is responsible for the progress of these pitchers and he failed miserably this season.
We can do better
This has to be the worst pitching staff in all of college baseball. How can other teams with way less talent, put together competitive pitching staffs? There is one common denominator here.
I refuse to believe that there isn’t one pitcher on the staff is just not talented enough to pitch in the SEC. Even Evans and Schmidt got progressively worse as the season went on. Well coached pitchers don’t get worse like all of ours did
The only way that he could lose me is if he retains Nate Yeskie and Josh Jordan.

Thank you sir, may I have another!
The rant makes this a bit more tolerable. Lots of hilarious comments. It’s a shame that the rant and showing the fans react to seeing themselves on camera are the most entertaining parts of the game

You did say that. My bad.

JJ won’t do that. It will be after the SEC tournament.
What ever you do, don’t blame the guy in charge of pitching. He’s the best pitching coach in the country. It’s not his fault that EVERY pitcher on this team is worse than they were at LSU last year or the school that they transferred from. I guess that it’s just baseball.
These coaches get paid a lot of money to get these players prepared. There definately will be some firings. That is what successful ceo’s do.
We will see who is correct after the season is over. JJ will let us know
