Dalton was pretty damned good. Devery
Had a good 2009 season, and was a solid contributor…

As far as best player, it has to be Martin or Hilliard.

But Devery has a pretty awesome Louisiana resumé. A championship with LSU and the Saints and the bluegrass miracle.

The obvious choice is Dalton. But there are very few choices at the top:
Hilliard, Eric Martin, Hokie, Devery Henderson. There's only one who is in the HOF, Jim Taylor, but not because of Saint play.

Eddie kennison was the worst… He ran straight out of bounds every time he fielded a punt… Unless he was calling a fair catch or let it bounce over his head and lie dead inside the 5 yard line

Eric Martin. He was more consistent longer.
Hilliard had 1 monster season but was pretty meh before that and injuries after

I’d love to hear one argument for Hilliard over Eric Martin
