Not a huge surprise, but I know some were holding out hope. Maybe this gives us two years to assess our young QBs and accumulate 2027 draft capital.

File this into the no shite cabinet. Even though many here had high hopes he would leave early, the Mannings are a finish college family. Arch has only been in college for 2 years now, and he hasn't even been a season starter yet. He isn't leaving

Not a surprise.

If any Manning offspring would understand the value of completing his education it would be Coopers son.

Sports is not a guarantee not matter how good your are. And Cooper was arguable the best athlete in the family.

I’ve always thought he could return if they don’t win it all

If they do and he’s awesome I don’t see much reason to comeback but it’s not my son

He's the highest paid player in college sports right now... plus he can get insurance against any injury. I don't see what he has to gain by leaving early.

Will make more money in NIL to stay at Texas. Kid won’t have long NFL career. Will make millions on name alone. Go look at his film whenever Newman played a school with a pulse.

your opinion. I don’t see kid being NFL starter for long. Danny Wurrfiel talent. Ok I spelled his name wrong shot me. To lazy to look it up.

They've said from the beginning, before Arch even enrolled, that he was doing this, because that's what the Mannings do.

No, it's not his opinion. It's fact. EVERY Manning was really good in the NFL

I think Arch has the talent to be a HOF qb but, it is getting absolutely ridiculous the articles, threads, and attention he is getting right now. He has never been the starter at Texas. Let the kid play some college football before everyone starts tanking for him.

I would be willing to bet that Kellen Moore doesn't care about Arch Manning and his draft availability.

All the Manning family fans that are also Saints fans are going to be really upset, if the situation presents itself that the Saints could draft Arch and the Manning Family pull the same thing with him that they did with Eli.

Saints fans need to give up on the Arch is the savoir dream.

That's fine. There will be better QBs out there for the 2026 draft.

That's a terrible comparison. Wuerffel wasn't 6'4" and 230 pounds at 20 years old. Arch's arm talent is multiple levels ahead of Danny and don't forget the kid can really run. He gets a lot of athletic ability from his mother. She was all-state in volleyball and track. She was the New Orleans Metro MVP in track.

Just his marketable name buys him a few years in the league. Not all teams are in it to win it *cough* *Browns* *cough*. At worst he’s got a moderate length career.

We’re in the middle of some dark times.
