His chef/nutritionist said in the interview he did he regulates what he eats 6 days a week, so that means they give him one day a week as a cheat day, which is something you have to give yourself.

Chad Johnson says he eats mcdonalds every day. As long as he puts in the work like Chad did/does shouldnt me an issue

1 meal from Wendy's isn't a concern. 4 for $4 is around 1000 calories. Most combo meals dont go over 1500. That's nothing for a 285 pound, muscular, 22-year old's metabolism.
