I for one will say, I have been on this board since the day it was created and have seen some dumb shite posted but this may be the biggest overreaction, most simpleton post I have ever seen. It blows my mind that a human being could actually think this.

I think Simmons will be like Lamar Odom, albeit with a bit more potential.

It's a complex and multi-faceted issue that when I hear LSU fans try and sum it up as "Ben Simmons sucks" I immediately get a reminder in my brain that says STOP: this person has not evolved enough yet to have a grown up conversation about basketball.

Do you watch basketball? Outside of Ben Simmons, who on that LSU roster will be in the pros? PERHAPS Tim Quarterman as a reserve bench player. On top of that, you have quite possibly the worst coach in the entire NCAA, Johnny Jones. Do I think Simmons has a long way to go? Absolutely. However, I'm not gonna judge because he couldn't take the shite show that was the LSU basketball program to the final four.

68 teams make the tournament. Most of those teams probably won't have a single player who have much better prospects than TQ. Nobody is saying Simmons should have single handidly been better than Duke. But the best player in basketball shouldn't need another NBA player to be in the top 68 best teams.

Johnny Jones is the reason we didn't make the tourney. He is a terrible coach who can't design a competent offense. He also all but created a toxic atmosphere where Quarterman was marginalized and fricked off. The only leader that team had was injured at the most key points in the season, so the players had to look to Johnny Retard for leadership, but Johnny couldn't lead a pack of hungry dogs through an open door with a duffle bag full of steaks and bacon.
