Agreed. People are putting too much stock in the names and not enough into the presence. There are plenty of qualified individuals out there. Just happy that the organization is making a concerted effort to get them.

I'm excited about the lack of secrecy too. Griffin is trying to sell the organization which is good. When high profile original Demps Administration hires like Connelly and Madkins left you never heard one word about their replacements. Even if you promote from within you should try and sell it with a press release pimping the new guy.
