This is exactly how I would handle it. Just ignore the requests and see how it plays out.

To be honest, I think it's probably the best way to rip the band aid off for the Lakers and just conceding next season with Westbrooks contract being dropped. Somehow trading for Kyrie and losing the rest of their picks would make them better now, but that could also blow up in their face long term with Kyrie's contract and well...Kyrie being Kyrie. You just never know.
Yeah, I just don't think that a LeBron/AD/Kyrie trio surrounded by scrubs is going to win a championship anyway. Sure, it has a better chance than LeBron/AD/Westbrook, but you're hitching your wagon to a guy who is always hurt, a guy who sits out because the wind changes directions, and a 38 year old. On top of that the 38 year old and the flake are only under contract for 1 season. If this season is a flop, they can just leave, and you're left owing all of your picks with only Mr. Glass under contract. Just doesn't seem worth it, IMO.

I’d be happy if they did this.
The people whining about how Brooklyn won’t get anymore stars can be shut down with “Brooklyn signed two stars who wrecked everything they had and then demanded out. I don’t think they want more stars through free agency.”

The Blazers have until Sunday to decide whether to guarantee Eric Bledsoe's $19.3 million contract for this season, or to cut him and pay him $3.9 million.
You might think that's an easy decision, but the Blazers are reportedly interested in using his full salary in a trade:

Anyway, I'm curious to see what happens to the great Tank Commander.

The Blazers are shopping guard Eric Bledsoe - having spoken to over a dozen teams, including the Rockets this morning.
Bledsoe will likely be cut if Portland can’t find a trade partner.

I mean, there's certainly that dream on the Portland side. That's why Dame posted the pic of he and Durant together in Blazers jerseys.
But it doesn't appear that Durant wants to go to Portland, so ...

This is his only usefulness. He’s getting that 3.9 to go away by any team that trades for him.

All the KD situation is really coming down to: If Masai thinks they’re close enough and is willing to give up Scottie + OG, KD will be a Raptor. If not, the Nets will keep Durant into the season and force his hand.

I hope the Raptors do that trade just to watch all of the Raptor fans melt down

Jazz jerseys and how they're playing make them look like one of those clubs teams that used to play exhibition college basketball games in preseason.

It took me a while to figure out what was going on here on this board, but it finally made sense. It's the same phenomenon as when a beautiful woman gets brought up on the OT. What immediately happens is that guys instantly brand her as a 6. They will imagine all kinds of flaws with her. It's hilarious, but why does it happen? It happens because those guys on the OT couldn't get a woman like that in their wildest dreams. And, because they were raised in an era where their precious self-esteem was protected at every level, they can't deal with the fact that no OT 6 would give them the time of day. So, to compensate for the fact that they are with some fat cow, or (more likely) that they can't get any woman at all, they microscopically examine her for any possible flaws and declare her unworthy of men such as themselves.
Your actual quote was much worse than my joke/brief summary of your statements quote to make light of the situation btw. So anytime you say anything from now on, I’ll respond by quoting this for the next year since you decided to dig up a year old thread made under a much different roster context, in a weak attempt to deflect how shitty of a human being you were this weekend.
But carry on Mr Honorable. Pretend to be above it. Go back to the fake Posi Pel act before you exposed your true colors this past weekend.

Are you serious? You're going to spam every thread that I post in, because you hate me that much? Really?
Dude.
