This could just be noise from the Lakers but if true, it'd make a potential AD to Lakers trade more enticing. LINK

What say yall to this trade? LINK

I am not excited by the possibility of having the 1, 4, and either 6 or 7. Too many rookies.

Turn one of 4 or 6-7 into a good veteran and we are talking.

I’m kind of burned on the idea of trading draft picks for veterans, especially with where we are as a franchise right now. Maybe trade some of that for future draft picks..? Spread them out and keep acquiring young talent over the next few years

I’m fine with future picks. I just don’t necessarily see getting unprotected future firsts for Ball in lieu of a high First this year.

I'm fine if they're moderately protected

May turn out to be the best deal on the table at the end of the day.... but people will still hate it.

Well as DeionDeion already said, and we knew anyway, there’s going to be A Lot of misinformation spread from now until draft time. Still fun to discuss though.

Also, if this were true, I know it’s a lot of rookies, but I wouldn’t hate landing Garland and maybe Culver.

Gives you the best PF, what’s expected to be the second best PG, and probably the most talented SF in this draft. Then you just hope for 1-2 to develop into stars.

It’s fake news. It’s fun to listen to it but unfortunately some people believe and react to it. It only shows who are the real insiders to the fake ones.

No way. He’s a tall guard with good vision and NO shooting skills. He’s a poor mans Shaun Livingston but with worst shooting ability. Why would you want that?

I'd trade #6 for Lonzo yesterday if possible.

Any lakers related rumors I have learned 98% of the time aren’t true. Once in a blue moon they come true but it’s mostly media in their corner just tossing shite out there. I don’t understand how any team could be dumb enough to offer lottery picks for a guy who has been hurt and very unproductive most of his young nba career.

Turn Lonzo and the 4th into Morant or Barrett then they may get my ear.

Basically impossible

What is the hype behind Lonzo?

Great defender and playmaker. However, cannot stay on the court; an all time bad ft shooter, offers little scoring wise. Missing 65 games over his first 2 seasons is not a good look

And that doesn’t even start into the fricking circus around him off the court.

I keep seeing people say Miami has interest in Conley and they'd be willing to give up Richardson and other assets to make it happen, I'd look at taking one of these picks and becoming a 3rd team in a Conley deal. Pels get Richardson and Dragic, Memphis gets 6, 13, Hill/Moore, Miami gets Conley.

Since there really isn't a great centerpiece to be had Griffin is hopefully burning up the phones looking into what kind of deal he can make with all of the side pieces.

just because there is a consensus 3-4 top players in this draft doesn’t mean it’s likely that there will be 3-4 stars coming out of that group. This draft is weak as frick. I bet garland/morant/Barret would not all be in the top 10 last year

Garland wouldn’t have been simply because he only played 5 games before getting hurt.
