Are we going to see Brandon Ingram in the playoffs?

"[Brandon Ingram] is going to be out about two weeks, maybe three, so the hope is as April starts to get going, he'll be back in the lineup."

The key info is the maybe 3 part. That means it shouldn’t be 4. He should at worst be back for the last game of the season

Didn't watch the video, did Shams say that based on the 2 weeks to be re-evaluated, or did he say that based on info he has?

On the broadcast yesterday, Joel and AD said BI was moving better already. He also did not have a brace on his knee when they showed him yesterday. A six game homestand is nice because he can still be around the team and get PT multiple times a day.

He wasn't clear, but I got the impression 2-3 weeks from the injury occurrence, not 2-3 weeks from today. He says they're hoping he's ready in early April.

This was such a massive bullet dodged at that point in the season. Maybe the Skellican is counteracting the bad voodoo.

With this team and this player, it is quite the limb. Remember last year when BI finally was cleared by the team he still took 2 weeks to "feel right". The fonting/graphics in the clip made it seem like a news bit about the Pels on this show, not something he said in passing and guessed. I would imagine this is sourced info.

There are pictures and vids of him walking before last game perfectly fine without crutches

This is Ingrams bag season. He's gonna come back sooner than later. April sounds right.

I think he’ll play on the road trip after the homestand.

BI knows what's at stake.. He'll be back a game after the 2 weeks passes. Money and rep are on the line in a contract year.

I’ve thought since we got the news there’s no structural damage and after seeing him walking unassisted with no brace and really no limp that he would probably be back the Sacramento game on the 11th which would be 3 weeks to the day of his injury and give him 3 regular season games to get his stamina back and shake off any rust.

It's probably going to be based on pain management and what level of discomfort he's willing to play with if he's willing to come back early. I think he'll have no problems coming back if it were the playoffs. But if we continue to win games without him, I'd much rather him feel 100% before returning.

I'm just very afraid that he comes back out-of-sync and shoots 20% from the field for a few games.

BI will be back sooner rather than later. He was itching to get on the floor against Detroit.

BI needs 2 more games to be eligible for postseason awards, not that he’ll land on all-nba, but I expect him to be ready for the last two games at least.

BI got a lot of blowback last year, moreso from within the organization and with teammates than from the outside Re: his "recovery" from the toe injury.

And from what I understand, he was not too happy about that either. But peer pressure can be effective, I would be willing to bet he plays when cleared this time.
