It got us beat didn't it? Case closed. Run clock and make them defend. No situational awareness. I guess you never coached either...I did for 20years before hanging it up.

I wish Willie was the assistant and Borrego was the head coach.

People can be angry about this loss and it's 100% understandable. This isn't some loss in November. We just got the fricking 4 seed and came back from being down 20. It's a lot of emotion and it's fricking frustrating to see yet again the Pels losing a game after so much positivity is built up.

That's why I'm not entirely convinced about Zion living for these moments like he constantly says.

Hes need to stop deferring. Just take the ball. You ARE THE GUY. He needs to understand that. Its not CJ, larry or trey time.

Oh well I did have fun trolling thunder fans about Giddey. Never seen so many people defend a pedophile.

Yeah same here. Willie lack of X and O knowledge is just appalling bad.

I want a fricking explanation why Jonas was benched. Chet can do nothing against him in the paint and we sit him for 6’7” Larry Nance. Great move Willie.

That’s why Willie won’t get a tech. He’s afraid James will coach and show how completely inept he is.

I thought Zion looked okay on his feet the last few minutes, at least on defense.

It's hard to fathom how wrong that is.

Process vs results

You either knows you're wrong or we're a shite coach, no in betweens.

Zero chance a coach would want CJ McCollum go pass up THAT shot. None, you're a coach, it's wild that you're the one who doesn't realize something that obvious.

We have competent players on the court with him outside of Larry who has seemed to consistently miss easy shots at the rim and easy rebounds lately. The other guys are being left to east buckets.

Zion should not be a decoy in the closing minutes. I'm not sure why that's hard to understand for you, Willie and Zion.

Broski, it’s amazing how much I disagree with you when it comes to Zion. He wasn’t tired, that is ludicrous. We ran absolutely no ball screens for him, we ran not one back door screen to get him isolated on the block, we ran no dribble hand off action. It was one on one. He drew 4 guys and he kicked to open guys. It was a CJ miss, a Herb turnover, and a Larry missed layup after Zion led us to a 5 point lead.

Shai made a huge shot. But in that run was a Giddey 3 and the shot of the night was a Dort 3 after the Shai discontinued dribble. Their two worst shooters hit huge shots. Ours didn’t, and we did nothing to isolate our best player and put him in a position to score. Get out of here with that god awful take.

It's not this single game, it's the fact that yet again the offense was complete shite at the end of the game, which has been happening all season long and the majority of the blame falls on the head coach for not figuring this shite out... at all... it was the same dribble dribble iso ball with a bad shot towards the end of the shot clock

I wish we had someone other than 3 turds to play the 5 over Larry, JRE and Zeller.

Imagine they had Gafford instead FFS.

It’s getting to the point with this team where I expect to lose the close games.
It’s not a good wave to be riding into the playoffs.
Coaching is a problem.

We need games like this before the playoffs to figure out how to win. This is Zion's 1st time in this setting. He was a Lil gassed. But he will learn from this and be better in the clutch. This WILL show him he needs a short jumper and work on it this summer.

Ignoring the best player and dribbling the rubber off of the ball before taking a wild runner is bad decision making. It's no different than Ingram dribbling for 16 seconds before taking a contested fade away. And he did it repeatedly down the stretch of a very winnable game.

Its asinine that your starting center didn’t play the while second half. Theres no reason to resign him if we wont use him.

Yeah I agree. CJ may have created the open shot. But that was not good basketball. He literally played one on one all night.
