Lots of players struggle playing next to James. He has digressed over the past 3 years playing next to James. He is a 4, so are James and Davis. Perhaps he is permanently ruined. But he showed a lot of promise at one time. It is a gamble. But I'd take take over a 33 year old Ingles that plays the same position as 4 other guys on that team..

I want to know what it would take to get Bojan out of Utah.

He’s another guy that might get dumped.

No. He out-performed his draft slot ONE year (his rookie year) and is still living off that rep. He then had a little more volume when the Lakers sucked arse and can't get run now that they're good b/c he's garbage.

He's also older than people think (26)

Jake was already talking about snagging Ingles or Bojan from Utah. It gives them cap relief to re-sign Conley, and we can take them into cap space.

I expect the Pels to try and overpay Lowry and if he doesn't take it - they'll go Dinwiddie. Based on the market, I think that may be where Spencer gets what he needs, so not sure the Pels need a third option. Don't think CP3 is in that mix
Pincus might not know about whats going on with us, but he isn't the first person to to say we like Dinwiddie.

Don't really understand because he isn't a real PG and he can't shoot. NAW's a better shooter, but their games are similar to me.

He's also coming off an ACL injury, and what if he's one of those guys that isn't right in his first season back?

I don’t understand Dinwiddie for us at all.

I think it's just connecting dots. And the Pels have the extra dot of Langdon discovering Dinwiddie. The other report from Jake Fischer that mentioned Dinwiddie was our 2nd option was just a guess if you look at how it's phrased.

quote:

It's believed New Orleans, like each other team just mentioned, would have its sights set on Spencer Dinwiddie should Lowry choose to play elsewhere.

It is believed the Pels #2 choice would be the same as everyone else's.

I think Dinwiddie is the worst case scenario for us. He doesn’t shoot the ball well and does nothing to compliment BI and Zion in terms of floor spacing. I would rather Lowry or Ball than him.

I do think Griffin is turning over every rock at PG. but I also think some gamesmanship is going on with Zo and his agent to a degree.

What the huh? Dinwiddie is definitely a PG. I agree with the rest of your post though.

Jake Fisher says Pels very confident about ability to get Lowry and Joe Ingles is very available since Jazz can’t afford to keep everyone

Fischer stated this on a Twitter pages chat.

Would love Ingles on this team

He’s not very clear if those are two separate thoughts, or if he was linking Ingles to the Pels.

I would trade 17 for Ingles and 30. That would be awesome.

That was kinda worded deceivingly. We're confident in our ability to land Lowry. Ingles is also available for trade.

If you trade with the Jazz you need to drop back from 17 and get 2 picks for it. Maybe 21 and a future 1st from the Knicks. Give 21 to the Jazz for Ingles or Bogdonavic and add a future 1st to the war chest.

Lowry
Ingles
Ingram
Zion
Val

NAW
Hart
Marshall
Kira
Didi
MLE player ?
Willy

That starting lineup wins 50 games assuming health. How far it goes beyond that would depend on the youth on the bench.

Knicks are trying to use 19 and 21 plus more to get to the 12-13 range allegedly.
