Just saw that Tyler Zeller was waived. He'd be an interesting pickup to be a backup big assuming we dump both Asik and Ajinca

I'm talking myself into Nick Young so I would be pretty ok with a Collison/Young offseason.

Jrue
Young
Hill
Davis
Cousins

It's not sexy, but it is competent enough to realistically compete for an 5-6 seed. And if Young can continue to put increasing effort on the defensive end, it could be a pretty stout defensive group. Hill, Young, and Jrue is a sneakily interesting defensive unit if Young can buy into Erman.

If we can nab D.C. and Swaggy P, that's a win. If we can figure out a way to package Ajinca, Moore, a pick, etc to somehow land bledsoe (wishful thinking), then we are cooking with Crisco.

The West is so fricking stupid right now. And there's no way that the NBA can make significant changes to the playoff structure (i.e. top 16 is in regardless of conference) quickly, right?

Collison, Swag P, Mbah a Moute for vet min, McAdoo for BAE, Zeller for vet min, re-sign Dante

find someone to take Ajinca and buy out/stretch Asik

Keep 1st

Collison / Crawford / Cook / Jackson
Holiday / Moore / Young
Hill / Mbah a Moute / Pondexter
Davis / Cunningham / McAdoo
Cousins / Zeller / Diallo

Yep I like that team

Also, does Atlanta keep Hardaway now that they'll go full on rebuild?

Unless the price is crazy they probably do. Sign him and let him pad stats on a bad team to trade later.

My dark horse trade idea has to be Boston right now.

If they get Hayward, no way they will keep: Crowder, Hayward, Brown and Tatum.

Right?

That seems a bit crazy.

We can't afford Hardaway. Even if Atlanta wasn't going to match he'll go for more than the MLE.

Justin Holiday to the Bulls, so all of the team up talk was smoke and mirrors.

Yeah but Redickulous went East, so it evens out.

I thought many were saying that this was a done deal and that he was signing w/Pels along with Jrue.

What needs to happen for some East teams is to have better management.
