How much does Lavine not being an option help us?

PG obviously takes precedence but BI has to be one of the most desirable wings available at the moment.

Hopefully not much. The only (2) teams that I saw interested were Jazz and Kings. It may be tempting for Philly to take Lavine and a pick instead of BI and giving picks tho...

Kings rumored package was Huerter + Barnes

Jazz rumored I believe was Collins + Sexton

But clearly neither team wanted to give up any young assets or high valued picks

Still have my eyes glued to Cleveland, Spyder and Garland.

BI for Lavert and JA still works. I wonder also though if Jose goes with BI in any deal. (We need a backup PG so its hard for me to see).

If we can land Tyus Jones with exceptions through the BI trade then i'd be ok with losing Jose.

Just giving some thought, but in a perfect world, we execute that JA trade and CP3 gets released. Maybe still get Kessler with the MLE

CP3 comes home to end it the next 2 years

JA/Kessler/Missi
Zion/JRE/ Trey
Trey/Hawk
Herb/CJ/Reeves
Murray/CP3

Actually not a bad roster at all. Worse spot would be the backup PF but I see that spot as like the 10th man on the roster

Your bench is

CP3
CJ McCollum
Jordan Hawkins
Walker Kessler

LOL thats actually sick

Unless GSW thinks Moody or Kaminga can get us a center, I’m not seeing why we make that trade.

We would be stuck taking CP3’s expiring in the deal for $30m unless we want Wiggins and other pieces instead.

Cleveland has a lack of wings.

Wiggins+a pick or two from GS may get us Allen

Whole trade could look like BI for Allen, Moody and Looney

Could. And I am not enchanted with GSW’s available picks since the Wizards get 2030.

Warriors could collapse for 26 or 28 but getting Ingram buys them time.

It appears Lavine has legit negative value, so I don't see why you'd have to give any assets at all

You'd have to match salary, unless he is sent to Detroit.

I don’t see why Kerr wants BI- who he literally benched on team USA. Honestly Lavine probably fits them better.

Kerr wants BI because he’s really good at basketball. Don’t overthink it.

That being said, warriors have very little we would want. Maybe if someone is willing to give a bunch for Kuminga and pass our way. I don’t see how else it makes sense.

Jazz supposedly looking to make a big deal in conjunction with convincing George to come. Could BI be that guy with George and Lauri?

I just can’t imagine PG choosing Utah, but who knows.

He plays the exact opposite of how they want to play. You can be good at basketball and also be a bad fit.

It’s an awkward fit, I’ll give you that

We shouldn't take that for BI either lol.

The Clippers just eliminated GSW ( a rival) from being better.
