I honestly think CJ is too focused on other things outside of playing nba basketball to ever be a fulcrum on a championship team. He has too many other priorities in life. Good human. But not a winning equation with him. To him, he’s already satisfied and he’s won just by making it to the nba and averaging 20 points a game. He really doesn’t yearn for more than that. He’s more interested in setting up his career after his playing days than improving.
Replace CJ with 40 year old CP3 on the Pels and we are probably the 4 seed and Phoenix is the 12th seed.
