Or does Fears come off the bench for Murray?
Does Queen start at C?
Weird thing about this roster is there are some decent pieces they just don’t fit.
Not enough shooting.

They have to move Poole and Hawkins without giving up picks. Not sure how that happens but they don't have a lot of options if they keep the core intact.

If they add a center and had a semblance of health, they could still be very competitive. But I don’t love the center possibilities, fit and cost.

While I don't think he's a starter, Karlo will get significant minutes next year. He's the most athletic big we have and his ability to play on the perimeter and hit the 'baby three' (.422 last year) will open the floor for both Queen and # 1. Plus, guess who led the team in FG% last year (15 games minimum)?
Lastly, no 'big' on the team has put in the effort he does on defense.
I sure hope he's hit the weights this summer.

Karlo showed a TON of improvement last year.
Also brought the energy to the floor which is desperately needed at times with this organization.

If those 5 are healthy, they start. The only one I think is a debate is Queen over Missi. I'm expecting a big year from Missi where he becomes a consistent double/double guy.

He comes off the bench. This is Fears team, he starts. If it's a debate in-between Murray or Jones, it's Murray. I don't even think that's close. Murray makes twice as much. Jones might be a better defender, but it's pretty close. Murray has been all defense previously and led the league in steals one year. He's a good defender, even at SG, due to his plus length. On offense, Murray is way better. I'd actually start Bey over Jones..

I think Fears is coming off the bench if no moves, at least to start the year. Herb and Murray are your starting guards.

No. That is not acceptable. Fears is a future star, and this is his team.
This is a funny stat. The highest career game for Herb Jones is 35 points (2023). Fears scored over 35 points 3 times in 5 days (3 straight games). The kid is special. You don't bench that..
