Tbh they probably win this series in 5 if J Dub is healthy. They still have a billion picks as well. They will win at least 2-3 more rings imo.
Cobra Drivers are great value and underrated

Gaming an Aerojet and won't be changing it anytime soon.

He basically has lol. He's been hurt the last 8 months w a hamstring. Rooting for the kid, but he's hurt 70% of the time. It's fair to bring it up in discussions. We aren't getting a JJ or Ja'marr low health risk player here. Or even a player with that kind of upside. We are basically hoping he's as good as Olave, but provides a little bit more physicality and yac ability.
I tend to agree that they don't fit, but Fears still has 3 ball potential. Morant is a better finisher inside, floater and passer.

I think the ship has sailed on building a bonafide championship team after Zion ended up being a bust, D Griff made a shite load of mistakes, and Dumars made a desperate trade for Queen last year....

However, I believe we could still be a fun team, with their own exciting style. Zion and Queen as 2 bigs that can handle and initiate offense. (Especially Queen w his passing-he can throw lobs to Z, Ja, Trey and Missi). 2 dynamic guards. Usually at least 1 will be hot. Watch out if both are hot. Morant and Zion AAU synergy and fun fast break offense. They also might light a spark under one another and compete w one another to reach their potential.

Trey Murphy as a 3 baller and another fast break finisher. Herb Jones as a lockdown defender and corner 3 specialist. Missi as a shot blocker and lob catcher off the bench. Seddiq Bey as another 3 and D shooter that can get hot and create his own shot in a pinch.

Replace Hawkins w a healthier shooting upgrade. Find another flamethrower movement type shooter in the 2nd Rd even if the rest of his game has holes. Continue developing Micah P.

We could be fun. We could be competitive. We could be scrappy. And in the best case scenario where Zion and Morant push either to be great and DQ and Fears develop into what we think they can be, we might have a chance to do something special in a year where Shai/Wemby have injury problems.
100%. They might use Fox'a contract to get another useful big considering their backcourt is pretty set with Castle, Harper and Vassell.
French Bambi is fragile and played baby minutes in regular season. Gotta have a contingency plan of sorts.

Leavitt is fast. His main issue is, he can't read defenses and he's inaccurate.

However, hopefully he can improve and be coached up.

You want the European dudes to frick w their taxes, schedule, priority of key PGA tour events, body clock, and family time because they have been beating the Americans lately?

You typed out a novel of personal desires without even thinking about what all of this would entail from a European born player standpoint.

Absolutely ridiculous Baw.
You ever think he singled out DQ as a way to empower and motivate one of his players attending the press conference? Basically was telling DQ that he believes in him and now DQ is going to work even harder to prove JM right.
The Knicks arguably have 7 players better than our best player and play in the East.

Play in Games aren't Playoff games

And Homie absolutely Power Walked off the court like he was late for Dinner with 3 minutes left in the game. Zero effort to stay in and play and zero effort to play in the 1st Rd playoff series.

Also, it's telling that this Baw's number 1 career signature moment in 7 years, is tapping out of a play in game that he was playing well in.
Dwayne's thot son ruins his legacy unfortunately

Don't get it twisted. Zion Williamson was the number 1 reason this team won less than 30 games in year 7 of his career. He wasn't a rookie. He wasn't a 2nd year player. This is a dude supposed to be reaching the height of his powers, not slowly diminishing into a 6th man type specialty scorer.

He missed 20 games. He is a power forward that doesn't rebound. He refuses to rebound. He's a below average defender. He's a mediocre offensive player in today's era. He's a below average offensive player in 4th quarters when the game is close.

When you are supposed to be the best prospect since LeBron, not being a top 100 player in the league, while making $40M plus a year is a death sentence to your organization.

Prime Zion Williamson is not 1/10th of the player of 41 year old LeBron James. That's a serious problem and we will never achieve anything until he is gone. He's not going to get better as he ages either. He's already proven that he gets worse as he ages, bc he refuses to add skill or nuance to his game.

We've seen the best of Zion Williamson and it led absolutely nowhere bc he was unprofessional off the basketball court and he could not stay healthy or rehab properly enough to salvage seasons when we had BI, CJ, Jonas, Naji, Dyson, Trey, Herb and Jose to support him against a much weaker West (OKC, Spurs and Houston were not good yet).

Zion is a centerpiece

For a bottom 5 team in the NBA

Tbh, he does not fit at all with 4 of our better players. Fears, Queen, Missi, Herb

He should have not been allowed to half arse trot around for 61 games last year and increase his guaranteed salary from 25 mil to 42 mil bc it basically tanks his trade value to be at that salary level

I'd still trade Zion for almost anything. Late first, shooter w pulse, expiring contract

He's a loser and he limits the on court development of Queen especially. He's also not a good mentor for Fears to be around.

He's not hated enough by the city and fanbase. He gets far too much credit in year 7 and 8 for finally doing the bare minimum of being in shape, playing through an occasional injury, and mostly doing and saying the right things on and off the court.
The scores were pretty low on Sunday. Someone literally tied a PGA Championship record with a 63. JT shot 65. Rai went crazy on the back nine. Course was gettable on Sunday.
Fox really isn't a winning player. Spurs will move him and whoever gets him will probably be screwed, unless it's someone like Houston, that needs a PG so desperately, that a declining Fox is actually an upgrade.
Rai winning this week reminds me a bit of W Clark winning at a somewhat gimmicky US Open setup tbh.

The game has grown a lot since 2020/COVID. There are a lot of people playing golf and attending golf tournaments that have no grasp of the overall history and etiquette of the game. You also have a lot of young people trying to get attention for social media clout/currency.
I can see us getting flexed into one later in the year. 1 in the regular is fine. We will have 2-3 primetime postseason games.

Let the rest of the league sleep, until it's too late and all of a sudden the Saints are marching into the NFC Championship game.
Hey man, 64 is a good place to start. Next time try to break 60. Break 55 within the next month. Break 50 within the next 3 months, etc. You are arguably in the fun stage right now. Not hard to see tangible improvement from round to round. Enjoy and don't forget that even good-great players with a lot of experience wake up some days and just don't have it.
