Coack K may be interested in HC position

DONT SHOOT THE MESSENGER....
First off, dont ask me my source or why I should be believed.
Its simple... Coach K is seriously interested in the Pelicans HC job. My guy says a call has already been made to his agent to guage his interest. And Coach K is said to be giving it serious consideration.
The Brotherhood contingent in New Orleans is a big factor, along with one of Coach K's all-time favorite players, T. Langdon, being in the front office is a benefit to Coach K obviously.
My guy says with Covid creating uncertainty in college athletics, as to whether sports will be played this calendar year, Coach K is seeing this as an opportunity to appoint his successor, which would be Jeff Capel, Wojo, Bobby Hurley or Tommy Amaker. Period.
Said that Coach K, after winning his last championship, would consider the right situation. He is not looking to be a de facto GM, but he obviously wants a situation where he trusts the front office and could establish a "symbiotic relationship" with his GM (exact words).
Langdon is the point man on trying to secure a meeting with Coach K which by all indications will happen. Where and when is being sorted out this weekend. My guy says they want the courting of K to be quiet. YOU WILL NOT HERE ANY RUMORS OF THIS UNTIL THEY SECURE COACH K.
I got the impression that the Pels front office is cautiously optimistic they have enough in place to make Coack K leave Durham...
Oh, and Mark Jackson will be in the running as well, for what its worth.

My source is not in the Pels organization. He/she is connected to Coach K himself. Only reason why I am even paying attention to the situation.

To the naysayers, I understand your doubts... I am giving nothing concrete and wont bc I told my guy I wouldnt say anything, but just sent him a screenshot of the thread. He just replied with an lol and smh emoji.

But I will give myself some credibility. Good friends with a former player of Coach K, Im a little bit older than him.
Im changing careers, I'm an Atticus Finch and taking classes at Tulane, along with my friend while he is also coaching at this time. And tbh, this would adversely impact my plans with my friend bc he may be on the move if things fall the way he thinks. So, its not like Im chomping at the bit for Coach K to take the position. But it is ironic in a cosmic way.
