I don’t think those people were even specifically putting Willie down. It was more of a hire the old experienced coach vs the young unknown debate.

Hart is fricking at the game wearing a Pels jersey.

I love him.

So, I guess we are keeping Nance and Snell? Griff certainly made it sound that way in the interview.

Yes, it sounds like the trade is done except for the physicals.

Feel like if the Pels had another move cooking Griff wouldn’t be at the game tonight.

Also I like Nance and Snell, if he can get back to his career averages, Snell is a solid bench player.

I really wonder if, a week ago, Jaxson was in the deal instead of NAW, and the reason that the deal wasn't announced back when we thought it would be was that it needed to be reworked with NAW in the deal instead of Jaxson.

I wonder if the Pels will be active in the buyout market

I doubt it unless a big name comes available. We do still have about 5.1 million below the tax we could hand out to someone, that nay sway them to choose us.

Willie panicked calling Griff:

That was my exact view in person back when the Hornets played a preseason game in the Pmac.
Alley oop was thrown to JR Smith and I could not believe he was able to get to it and dunk. I literally got back to my apartment and told everyone they had to watch sport center b/c that was one of the best dunks I’d ever seen.
It was like #8 and as we watched it on tv and it played out I said immediately after, well that was pretty average.

Tldr
Nba players are insane athletes and there is a huge difference between being seeing it live in person and on tv.

Kevin O'Connor and Vernon have made cracks about how much CAA's tentacles run through ESPN and how it shades their coverage of things like Zion

Man I don't know what got into Vernon on The mismatch today, but he really went in in the Pels slamming the trade. He was making some terrible points that KOC gave a little push back on.

Anyone know what Portland fan’s view are of this trade?

Were they happy to see the back of him and the big contract or did they feel they are losing an excellent player ?
