Griff is such a damn disappointment. My most Major beef with him right now is how he handled the Lonzo sign and trade situation. He had a lot of leverage that he just simply refused to use. We really didn’t have to agree to that shite at 5:01.

We'll see what the final tally ends up being, but Chicago had other even bigger moves to make, so right now it looks like Griff played nice with Chicago in a hostile situation and then got taken advantage of by Charlotte.
I'm hoping the reports of Charlotte wanting to possibly expand the deal to go after Lauri could give the Pels leverage to get some change back at least.

Fingers crossed my man. I just don’t like when we don’t maximize assets. It sticks in my craw. And I’m not even a Lonzo stan. Seems like we made the decision early that there was no circumstance that we wanted him to return in which made Chicago more bold in pushing us around. I just think that’s a mistake. Resigning Lonzo at 21m a year would have been a very defensible contingency plan. I’d feel great about the spot up shooting we have around Zion right now if we had Zo, Devonte, Starter NAW, and Murphy surrounding him. As well as Jonas and Hayes who can hit 3’s if they shoot them.
Considering Charlotte just picked up Oubre and they also want Lauri, do you think there is anyway we can get a Miles Bridges or PJ Washington back somehow? Both would fit well and PJ especially is besties with Devonte.

Be honest do you know once Lonzo signed a offer sheet you cant do a sign and trade.

We paid a premium for Graham. If the want Lauri, they gonna have to waive that 1st we sent them, otherwise no deal….
