I am gonna tell you guys something. This show was a slow burn with a bunch of wash rinse reap themes that keep building, kind of like John Wick. But… but it has an edge like JW. It also did a great job with developing characters and plots with sub-plots. Bethany Dutton might be the most interesting character I have ever seen on TV. The intensity of this show at times rivals anything in cinema. However, it has been since True Detective season 1 episode 6 that a show took such a reduction in scale and scope. Season 1 ended terribly. Oh course there is and always will be Lost. I mean I can’t fault Lost for its series finale. It was impossible to land that plane. But… but Yellowstone has done multiple things badly. No.1: It focused on spinoff series at the expense of the main franchise. In so doing it focused unnecessarily on Jimmy. I blame Jimmy for derailing such a piece of art like Yellowstone. Fvck you Jimmy! No.2: It turn Jamie into Theon Greyjoy aka “Reek” from GOT. Jamie you are such a spineless/dickless wonder! Fvck you Jamie. I blame you for this shitty turn of events. No.3: I want to give a shout out to the angry Indians. They have been a bench mark for how to develop characters the entire season. John Dutton by Kevin Costner is truly an amazing character. Even Kevin Costner was not brought down by the terrible acting he witnessed this season.

Tonight’s episode at least gives me hope for the race to the finish line of this season.

Another slower episode, but seems to set the stage for a lot of action to end the season the next 3 episodes. I did legit laugh at Jamie thinking John and Beth were their for his announcement only for it to be for John

I thought they ran the barrel racers out of the bunkhouse. Man, hell with this show. Just completely makes no sense.

They let Teeter back in because of the brand. Now they let the whore come back....why....Dutton just said no screwing people in the bunkhouse.
