Clive Swift, whom I always loved in “Keeping Up Appearances” was also Arthur’s dad in Excalibur.

He would be unknown to American audiences other than Excalibur, A Midsummer Night's Dream (1968) and a couple of notable appearances in Dr. Who, but he did a shite ton of British television. He just passed a couple of years ago (just shy of 83) and was apparently in good enough health to work until a couple of years before that.

I knew Abe Vigoda was the chief in Joe vs the Volcano, but I never realized Nathan Lane played a tribe member. Named Baw according to Wikipedia.

Not sure if it has been mentioned, but Michael Biehn is the basketball player John Travolta punches in the stomach in Grease.

Chef from Apocalypse Now (1979) is an actor named Frederic Forrest.

Was also Blue Duck in Lonesome Dove (1989).

Sorry if this is already in here. Easy to see it's the same guy, but the part he plays in each movie is the opposite of the other.

Lily James in “Yesterday” “Pam & Tommy”.

She is my current Hollywood crush. I thought she was Smokin’ in Yesterday.

he’s pretty damn prophetic if you ask me. He called this a good thread a few posts in after he created it and got arse blasted for it.

125 pages and 13 years later, still going.

We’ve been through this. This thread isn’t to just post movies people have been in. It’s when you can’t believe it’s the same person. Y’all are listing several movies Lily James has been in within the last 6-8 years.

But she was smoking in Pam & Tommy though.

I don’t know if this is necessarily the best “that’s the same actress?!?!” but with Ant-Man 3 coming out.

Just recently watched the Last Kingdom. King Alfred looked familiar but couldn't place him so I had to look it up.

He played Roberts in Peaky Blinders
