All of the above are armored. Jorah proved that point against the bloodrider, and he's not as good as most if not all on that list. Drogo is basically naked. The slightest cut could be fatal, and actually was.

I get it, essentially the same situation as Jorah vs the blood rider. But we have to assume that Drogo is faster than the blood rider/better fighter, hence him being the Khal. And that not every strike against armor is going to stick like that. Jorah was pretty lucky there, he was beat if that didn't grab.
In 100 fights, Drogo isn't having that bad luck 99 times. He would get to Jamie some and then factor in some of the fights Jamie might not have armor, and in a fight with no armor I give Drogo the edge.

Sure. Her fight vs Jamie wasn't something to brag about, most could have taken him there. But her win over the Hound was still impressive even if he wasn't full health. And she straight up beat Loras Tyrell who in the books was an incredible fighter. Based on the books, Loras would probably be in consideration. You might not want to put a chick on there but she 100% should be on the list.
