Looney Tunes and it isn't close.
I did like the X-Men cartoon as well as Tom & Jerry, Garfield, Scooby (before Scrappy).
I still love Looney Tunes.

My favorite:
and one I loved even though it was a rip off of my favorite (basically GI Joe + Transformers amalgamation) and kind of short lived

there were two golden ages of cartoons
1) looney tunes/Hanna barbera
2) cartoon cartoons
I was a kid for number 1 and my daughter for number 2. Anyone who missed either one really missed out

I always enjoyed the action/adventure cartoons. I really liked GI Joe, Transformers, Ghostbusters, and D&D.
For reruns I liked Johnny Quest, Space Ghost, and the Herculoids. I also watched Scooby-Doo and Looney Tunes.
When I was a little older I had mostly stopped watching, but still liked Batman: TAS.

I was never a GI Joe fan. But you have a great list. I'll add MASK, Scooby Doo, Speed Racer, Flintstones. I'll also say pretty much every cartoon that was on USA Cartoon Express on Sunday mornings.

Scooby-Doo and Looney Tunes for me
Posted on 12/6/22 at 3:03 pm to Methuselah
For me, it chronologically went:
Voltron
He Man
Transformers
TMNT
For cartoons and toys.
But watching Captain N on a Saturday morning, circa 1989, was tits. Kids nowadays can’t understand the magic of original Nintendo.

Easily...
It would be on right after school.
Had the Castle Grayskull toy, the action figures, Battle Cat.
I mean in 1984, He-Man was king of the Castle for every kid. It was a phenomenon.

Dungeon & Dragons (glad to see others remember it)
Looney Tunes
Hong Kong Phooey (Number One Super Guy!)
Grape Ape (the actor who voiced Lurch voiced Grape Ape)
Laff-a-lympics (basically it was all the Hanna Barbera characters competing against each other, kind of like Battle of the Network Stars)
Scooby-Doo (back when the culprit was never a ghost, ghoul, etc but someone just trying to commit some sort of crime)
Superfriends (was always a mark for comic book characters in cartoons)
It's been a long time since kids knew the magic of Saturday morning cartoons. It was like a mini Christmas Morning every week.
