I loved it. The scene at the end when he's leaving and his now friend re-enacts his proud proclamation from earlier - but reverses his sentiment this time saying "Can't you see that you are my friend"? Man, Niagra Falls.

It's like that scene in Rudy where all the players are laying their jerseys down and saying, 'I want Rudy to take my place coach.'

Remember not hating it but thinking it was a tad bit too long.

I had learned the language.

I like the movie. My favorite scene is the Civil War antics that got Dunbar his transfer West. The soldiers lined up on fence lines was reminiscent of Red Badge of Courage. I want a movie with Costner's riding the horse as the final scene.

Hate it and Costner's narration makes it even worse.

Costner's ten years from 1985-1995 has to be considered the pinnacle for an actor.

Yeah, Rudy has a couple of those moments for me, when his Dad's cheering in the stands after the sack and when the old groundskeeper starts clapping....

Do people not like Dances with Wolves?

Its one of the first movies i remember seeing in the theater with my dad. I just remember eating a massive king size kit kat and being memorized of the west. Loved it and still do.

I thought it was boring, way too long and extremely over-hyped. The scenery was pretty though.

Beautiful film...one that is so much more powerful if seen on the big screen.

When you're a 64 year old in Louisiana, you have to settle for D9 gummies. I doubt I could handle smoking anything. My heart may not be able to handle a real high.
