What are the MTV Board's Thoughts on Fuller House?

I wasn't expecting much when I heard the show was coming back / being rebooted, though I couldn't help be excited. I loved Full House as a kid and had seen every episode.
They've done 4 seasons already...and overall, I'm very pleased with what they've done. They did a great job with keeping the feel of the original show and slightly updating it to have some more adult content. The cast feels authentic...like how you'd imagine the same characters 20+ years older. I like that they work in the older cast, Danny, Joey, Jesse, and Becky in throughout the season, but not every episode. The child actors weren't too great at first, but I've noticed a big improvement over the last couple seasons.
Sure, it's cringey / cheesy at times, but so was the original. As far as reboots go, this one is killing it. I'm looking forward to more seasons hopefully.

Stephanie grew up to be pretty damn hot
But yeah, I agree with what you said. Not too bad a show.

Show is boring. They would never have used that cast if not for the past ties and the kid actors all stink.

Of course not, that's the entire point of the show. I'm currently watching the newest season. Have enjoyed every one so far. Its a throwback to the family sitcoms of the 90s I used to watch.

My girl likes it.
They have not confirmed a 5th season yet but if they do it will likely be the last as the kids are starting to get too old.
It would be amazing if the Olsen's would come back for the last episode but not likely to happen.
SPOILER
Since they didn't tell us the kids name it would be ashame if they don't have at least one more season.

I enjoy it for what it is. It's a nice change of pace from all the dark, gritty dramas that are saturating the other networks and streaming services.

I'm just happy it's lasted 4 seasons. I'd be fine with 1 or 2 more.

My kids enjoy it so I watch with them sometimes. Makes me feel like a kid. It’s a dumb show that I don’t mind watching.

Speaking of Boy Meets World, the Fuller House reboot has been better than Girl Meets World. I realize that is because GMW was on Disney Channel. Wish GMW would have come back on Netflix or something else.

My 14 year old niece put on a Christmas episode and I could barely stay in the room.
I never watched the original, so it has no nostalgia value to me. The writing and acting were about what I would expect from an eighth grade production. That must be perfect for the target audience, but it is not to my taste.
Of course, I grew up watching The Brady Bunch and Gilligan's Island. And an adult who watched one of them today for the first time would likely run from the room.

back when i was at Tech, Jodi Sweetin went on a college tour to speak about drug addiction and how it has affected her life. this was probably between 2006-2007. she was an absolute smokeshow in person.

Show was flat out terrible. Literally the only reason to watch was that the women were attractive.

I don't usually like reboot shows like this. Most of them suck. But Fuller House is one of the few that i feel like got it right. Its a decent show.

Some of the story lines have been so dragged along it gets tired but the cast certainly isn’t bad to look at.

I've enjoyed all the seasons so far and look forward to hopefully more in the future.

If it wasn't, it just wouldn't be the same. The cheesiness is what makes the show.
