This is definitely one of the more entertaining shows out there. It’s just mostly a lot of fun filled with fun characters. 5, Lila, Reginald, Klaus and Diego are all entertaining.
The Viktor/Vanya stuff was stupid and distracting but I just tried to ignore it.
Allison is still just the absolute worst.

OK. wrapped up this season binging yesterday and this morning.
Overall, I feel it was the weakest season but it is still a solid ride. A lot of dumb stuff but the Five storyline was a very solid driving force. He really moves the show forward.
Klaus was interesting in that he is still discovering his abilities and evolving them, and now they are gone.
I will be interested if they bring their powers back for season 4 or if they take on Hargraves without them and end the show after.

Using more words doesn't make you less wrong. Her reaction is illogical but realistic. Traumatic events make people act irrational. The entire Harlan subplot feels rushed and unearned but given the circumstances, her reaction doesn't seem farfetched
Consider me Rocket, and you Draxx
Everybody's got dead people!

Edit: Also, idk how far into the season you are but if you take issue with Allsion being irrational, wait until you see how everyone else acts when faced with the end. Lol
3 more eps. I'll let ya know.

So far it has been bad at best, The Boys is light years better than this mess.

The Boys is light years ahead of everything on right now.
It is a mess, but it was an entertaining mess. Just my opinion though. They really can't frick up this series since they reset it so often, they can always erase shite and just reuse the characters.

Am I the only person that find Lila extremely attractive? Obviously Sloane was a smoke show but Lila really does something for me. Hottest Indian actress I think I’ve ever seen

Invincible might only be 1 season for now and a cartoon, but it's close. Stranger Things season 4 has also been on point so far... as long as they stick the landing in July.
It's been a good 365 days for original content if nothing else.
UA is still a fun watch, but of course it can't stack up to the magnum opus that is The Boys

Sure, the Vanya/Viktor thing is one, but even that could have been done better. I like (sorta) how they at least tried to give the character some motivation, some reason for the change. But to the rest of the siblings, the explanation given and their reaction to it was really flat. " Yeah, sure. Good for you." They just lost a sister they'd known all their lives and now ... ? No one would react like that. Not even in that family.
My impression is that they didn’t want the Vanya/Victor thing to be a big part of the story. They basically gave it the bare minimum amount of screen time necessary to explain what happened and why. Seems to me that Ellen Page forced their hand. If they wanted it to be a central element of the story, they would have focused more on those reactions.

And Allison's irrational reaction to her daughter being "MIA". Everything about this timeline is clearly different, yet she's fully expecting HER life to be unaffected? That's weak writing.
I’ll agree that it wasn’t written (or perhaps acted) very well but her shock/grief makes sense in principle. Five is the only experienced time traveler among them and he doesn’t exactly go out of his way to prepare people emotionally.
The problem wasn’t her reaction so much as the fact that it just seemed really disjointed.

Can’t wait for everyon to complain about how they ruined the Guy from My Chemical Romances’s comic book by making it woke.

I enjoyed UA more than I expected. Even with its flaws.
The problem with The Boys is that so many fans who have read the source material want to dump on the Amazon version for veering too off course (See Rings of Power). I like The Boys, save for StarLight is getting a bit over dramatic and preachy. If you're out, go out already. Don't keep making these grand Shakespearian declarations!
And same goes for Hughie. FFS, stop pretending you can save a super with your scrawny self. Even when on short term V. That's just so stupid. These folks grew up on this stuff, trained to hone their powers, and we're supposed to accept that anyone can just shoot up, discover what they can do, and are instantly able to adapt and control their powers? OK, whatever.

Fun fact, the guy who wrote the boys hates superheroes he wrote the boys to make fun of them. So Starlight is on point.

For those watching without close captioning giving you song credits, Ep 4 features House of the Rising Sun sung by Jeremy Renner. :)

Does Ellen Page have titties in this?
She never really had much to begin with, but instead of implants she went in a different direction. Either way, no big loss for mankind.

would Sissy feel the same for Viktor as she did Vanya?
Sissy liked women, so probably not.

All of this. All the Ellen Paige scenes made me cringe. I can't stand Allison.

Viktor/Vanya doesn’t bother me at all. Allison is killing me though. Only through 3 episodes but Jesus she’s awful

she gets sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much worse

I'm still on episode seven but I swear the writers were like, "how do we make the whole Elliot Page thing a nothing burger? Oh, I know, let's make Allison's character so bad that everyone wishes they could go back to scenes with Viktor"
P.S: I'm still enjoying this season, I'm going to be extremely angry if this show doesn't ultimately make Allison the big bad though, she's awful
