I’m gonna have faith in MCU to create a great movie until they’ve proven otherwise, just like I’m going to assume all DC movies suck until they’ve proven otherwise

Disney has proved time and again that they suck. Look at what they’ve done to Star Wars and the recent MCU entries

This. I am unabashedly right wing. I don’t apologize for that. I don’t hate good art with messages i don’t agree with. I don’t like garbage production just because it has a message I like. Hence why I’ve actually been pretty impressed with the 3 Daily Wire movies I’ve seen. It’s better than most straight to streaming stuff that Netflix releases every week. Anybody that thinks all their stuff is garbage is being purely political.

Toto goes after political messages but he doesn’t call good movies crap just because of the politics.

I haven’t been worried before now but I kinda am now.

The eternals was pretty bad, wasn't it?

They're losing steam since end game was released. They seem more afraid than ever of taking any risks and I expect them to tow the corporate formula once again.

Reminder, Taika Waititi released Thor 3 in a much friendly world. He's great, I love his movies/shows, but I expect corporatism (show your LGBTQ, women of color, bad white man etc. Etc.).

Bale is in it for the pay check.

the previews of it alone should have made that clear enough

the woke will like it though, it checks most of the boxes for them

Doctor Strange 2 was a wreck.

I didn't care for The Eternals at all. Too much CGI, too many flashbacks, it just sucked.

I loved Shang Chi and put it in the upper half of MCU movies. A fun flick.

I hated Dr Strange and the multiverse of madness. Watching it a second time it was worse. Wanda was the only good thing in the whole movie.

I am digging Ms. Marvel so far.

But, yes since Endgame it has been hit or miss. I also think you just don't have the charismatic actors. Robb Stark can't lead a movie.

There have already been plenty that weren’t “great”. In fact only a couple have been great.

None of the Marvel Studios films were great because of wokeness, none were ruined by wokeness. Even Captain Marvel was terrible on its own (even if you’d peeled away the women’s lib and other woke themes, you’d be left with a crap movie.)

Then how can you have that opinion if you haven't watched any?

Losing Iron Man and Captain America isn’t great for a franchise

If they can make a good fantastic 4 movie and figure out how to revamp XMen after fox did like 10 movies l they should be in good shape going forward.

Espcially if Sony keep tanking Spider-Man spin offs and realizes they need Marvel to keep Spider-Man successful

The best phase 4 movie/show so far has been a film made by Sony. I'm going to lose all hope if they screw up Thor after how good Ragnarok was.

I don’t think “losing steam” is the right way to put it. Feige let Disney squander the good will they build up over 12 years by letting it continue.

Infinity War and Endgame were absolutely perfectly executed. The genius that allowed 20 movies to come together in 2 of the better action movies in the last 20 years is completely commendable. Thinking that they could continue it on after that was folly.

Die the hero or live long enough to become the villain

Probably not watch anything new that comes out of Hollywood, if those people really had a problem with it. Most people don’t give a shite about gay people or strong female characters, the people you’re referring to probably have a problem with the lack of common sense.

My opinion is that I have no opinion. I have become indifferent to the franchise and to comic book movies in general. My only exception is if it has Batman in it. I'll watch it then but only after it comes to streaming.

Everything you said is correct

The odds of nailing another 20 movie run are just astronomically tiny. Even within that run there were some real clunkers.

Some future marvel movies will be incredible and some won’t.

From my understanding Jane inspires Thor to take up the mantle and be a hero not just for Earth but the universe. Her dying wish so to speak, so it inspirational. Maybe that's why people don't like it?

In the trailer you can see Thor taking it very easy and chill but Jane will teach him that with great powers comes great responsibilities, he can't just go around and chill like that anymore nor can he go back to the boyhood life he had like during his time in Asgard.

Pretty much its time for him to grow up.

Thor 1 - Thor has the mental maturity of a horny Teenage boy.

Thor 2- He just enter college but still want to part

Thor 3- He learn how to be more of an adult

Avengers Infinity War- He was just focus on revenge instead of being a hero.

Avengers End Game- He let himself go and had a mental break down, he thin that End game was it and so things can go back to normal.

I love a thunder Jane and Valkyrie will teach him that his time as a Man Child is over.
