Is he a Twitter user or actual critic?

There’s quite a few pop culture people on YouTube that I like that went to the premiere and every one of them have given it great reviews.

He’s a conservative critic but a legit critic.

Again, I admit my biases. I am who I am but love movies, I don’t let my political persuasion affect my critical opinions of quality. I love Thor but this seems troubling. I’m happy to be wrong.

Don't be fooled. This movie is going to be hot garbage and people who have actually paid attention to Marvel over the past 3 years should know that.

Nerdrodic and his crew hav ebeen telling people this for months.

Hey, if a Tweet matches your agenda, build on it.

Technically, he wouldn't be gay if the entire race is composed of only one sex. In that case, there would be no gay and no straight.

This board will probably mostly agree.

It feels like this movie is more of a one-off, I can’t see how it will tie into the next phase of MCU (assuming a Kang variant is the big bad). So seems like Thor & Guardians are legacy MCU characters getting their last day in the sun. I still think L&T will end up being a solid flick and better than DS2

The reason the IW arc was so good was bc everything about every movie seemed laser-focused at advancing that plot. Right now it just seems like every director is spinning their wheels.

Maybe in hindsight they’ll all create a sensible link but right now I think any movie (besides NWH) that occurs before Quantummania should just be taken as palate-cleanser.

Considering they fricked Thor up in Ragnarok, it's likely they really pooed the scrooch on this one. Ragnarok was a fun movie; it was a bad Thor movie.

You folks are going to have to spend money on it if you want more of it.

It isn't any more complicated than that.

If this is true, the MCU is fricked.

I haven't been a fan of most of the output post-IW saga, but I was curious if they'd figure something out. It's been a complete jumbled mess so far. This whole multiverse plot was mishandled and the new Dr. Strange, which was supposed to be the primary driver of the MV, was BAD.

I will say Phase 1 was kind of jumbled too, in retrospect. They really started cleaning this up and getting their shite together in Phase 2, which really changed the whole perception and hype of the MCU. Even then, 2 of the worst MCU movies (IM3 and Thor 2) started off phase 2 AND their Avengers movie was a whiff. What saved the MCU was the Russo brothers being discovered for Winter Soldier and Guardians being such a fun movie. Those 2 movies changed everything and allowed Phase 3 to be so good.

Maybe this new era is just stumbling around and they can pull it out of their arse like the MCU did in Phase 2. I have doubts because if they're hell bent on a whole new cast, they have not really given us any new characters of note in this new phase. Losing Thor and GOTG would be real bad.

that’s why I think/hope in hindsight my take will be pretty bad. But as of now it seems unclear what the next big Avengers-level threat might be. I think Thor will stick around. It seems unclear who is tip of the spear moving forward though (F4? Spidey?)

I think it's supposed to be Kang, and I'm guessing the guy from Loki is ultimately Kang. I am not familiar with the character.

If they do FF, then Galactus can enter the chat. I can't imagine they use him just for a one-off bad.

I think they may have multiple MCU universes going at any given time. I mean they have one with X-Men and FF in it.

You insufferable douchebags would think your ridiculous views are mainstream

The average American doesn't give a frick about being woke.

When the rediculous views are

“Women can be the main character” and “some people are gay” that’s in fact pretty mainstream.
