Yup. When that happened I posted

Bank"
And you can still take the second part of that prediction to the bank.
Exactly the opposite. She doesn't want to kill him she's fighting getting close to him. It contradicts her JSS code. Getting close to people makes you weak in her mind.

Why are the wolves doing this?

When the horn goes off two episodes ago someone literally says "thats coming from far away".
They were almost to the final checkpoint which means that group was a good ways from Alexandria.

Resources, I would imagine. Food, weapons, medicine, etc.

Culcha.
No, seriously though. It's how they have survived for the last two years. They realized early on that people are more dangerous than the dead, so they brutally exterminate that threat.
After so long this way, they have grown to thrive on it. It's who they are. It may be the end of the road that Rick is starting down. He has absolutely no problem ending human life these days, which is a contrast to when the show started.
My question is, does this end the wolves arc, or will they be back?

It looked like they were looting the houses in Alexandria, so maybe kill and take what you can? Maybe a scouting party from a much larger group too, which will draw this out longer into the season. Since some of them got away (thanks Morgan
As someone asked earlier, I'm not sure why they immediately hacked some Alexandrians to death but chained up some to lead away as prisoners.

Nah no way. Morgan let what appeared to be the leader, go. And we still arent sure if he killed the other guy.
A bunch got away and there is still a lot unknown about them. We probably wont see them for another couple episodes but I have a feeling they show up again before the mid season finale.

It seems they do need to replenish their group with "converts" so to speak. I think there is a larger group with more solidified leaders than what we saw invade the town. Those were simply soldiers- brutal and insane. All that we've seen of them thus far- the intricate trucks filled with lights and music and walkers- the remote to set it off- that group of barbarians that went into Alexandria weren't the only ones behind all that imo.
Posted on 10/19/15 at 9:37 am to Dorothy
They hacked up the ones that were too far gone and were going to turn and captured the ones they could. They have to replace their fallen members somehow. It seems that Morgan was once part if their clan but left when they became more barbaric.

Either they got caught up in some of the zombie horde or they're trying to divert as many as they can from town.
Yeah, Rick and his group kind of have their hands full at the moment with about 10,000 walkers headed to Alexandria.

fricking awesome episode last night.
I was falling asleep in bed watching it right up until Carol watched that smoking bitch get got. Then I yelled out "OH shite!" and was wide awake for the rest of the episode. That shite caught me WAY off guard.
I have no idea why the wolves are doing this, but holy shite that was brutal. I mean, just pounding peoples' faces in with axes and hammers, stabbing people left and right...even chopping off limbs in the middle of the street. And all for (seemingly) no reason at all. That's pretty terrifying.
I fricking hate Carl so fricking much. There is not a single reason he shouldn't have killed that dude he shot in the leg. Especially after the dude feigns pussification and then lunges at Carl's gun. Should've ended him right then and there. And we've seen Carl several times before be all like "Kill them all, and they deserve to die" and have no problem doing what's necessary, yet he lets this a-hole live? frick you, Carl..I hope you die a slow and agonizing death.
Am I the only one who absolutely hates Morgan's new bo staff skillz? I mean seriously, it's a little stupid that he's all of a sudden some jedi ninja master. And I think the thing that pisses me off the most about it is when he continually stabs people in the head with a DULL frickING BO STAFF. It's not fricking sharpened or anything, yet he's offing walkers and humans alike like he's weilding a fricking Hattori Hanzo sword.
Also a little weird that Morgan refuses to accept reality and thinks that he can talk people into changing instead of adapting to the world around him and handling business when need be. Carol stepping up and being a badass was cool. I loved how she just nonchalantly kept shooting and stabbing people like it was NBD. I thought it was a little strange that none of the wolves seemed to question her though...seems like they'd know and recognize each other and would be like "who the frick are you?"
Also, why were some taking prisoners while others were literally chopping bodies into pieces?
I thought the beginning with Enid was a little strange. So she and her parents are sitting there and just let walkers kill them? They were protected in a vehicle. And the turtle scene was a little odd, but whatever. And I don't get why she would want to leave while shite is hitting the fan like that. That seemed weird. I'm interested to see what's up with that.
It's a good thing that 18-wheeler crashed, otherwise Rick and company would have no idea what happened and would waltz back to Alexadria and stumble upon a massacre.
Okay, so roughly how many people are in Alexandria?...because it seems like a LOOOOOOOOOOT of them died last night. So how many people do they have left do we think..? If there were about 40-50 people there, and let's say 5-10 are out on the road dealing with the walker parade, that leaves 35-45ish in town. And the rate at which they were being slaughtered last night, it seems like at least 15-20 (or more) people were killed. So in town, we have:
Deanna
Her son
Carol
Coral
Morgan
Enid (gone?)
Judith
Maggie
Rick's future sidepiece
Her son
Her older son that is too angsty and cool for the ZA
Rosita
the dude with Rosita
Tara
Chubby doctor lady
Eugene
Father Carver from The Wire
At the walker parade:
Rick
Glenn
Pussy white dude Glenn didn't kill but should have (Nicholas?)
Skinny black dude (Heath?)
Abraham
Sasha
Darryl
Michonne
Is that it? Just wondering how much of a group will be left after this invasion.
Awesome episode.

Morgan first encountered the guy that seemed to be leader of the group that Morgan let leave, and the guy that ambushed Morgan at the house, last season in the woods. Morgan beat them with his stick and left them in a car.

No. Enid didn't let them in. Her backstory showed no connection. Her reference to getting in over the walls with not enough sight lines were about how easily she and Carl had gotten in and out. She just doesn't want to get close to anyone after her parents death. Her leaving now is because of her "code" of Just Survive Somehow. Getting close to people, in her mind, disrupts your ability to survive.
Finally, some reason in here
And, if she wanted food, she'd just fill a bag from the pantry instead of wheeling around a crying zombie magnet.

So, the severed torsos that were found last season...
Were they from Wolf attacks, where they hack off the limbs?
And do they hack off the limbs so that when dead people return from the dead, they can't walk or crawl after you?
