What if the person driving a truck was already a walker. What if some of them are morphing into something with thought?

Ehh. Looked like he just died on impact then turned while dumbass in the tower took forever to get down.

Imagine if you drove and 18 wheeler full speed straight into a wall and I doubt he was buckled up.

a few things:
•I thought Morgan said "a changed man" taught him how to darth maul
•I thought the walker in the truck was decayed
•I certainly thought Morgan was going to get shot by the armory guard
•could they have the armory in a more protected place than behind a louvered door right by a front door

It looked like they were looting the houses in Alexandria, so maybe kill and take what you can? Maybe a scouting party from a much larger group too, which will draw this out longer into the season. Since some of them got away (thanks Morgan ) they will probably be back. Carol even failed to kill one of them in the armory, so now they may know how much firepower the town has and want to go after that too.

As someone asked earlier, I'm not sure why they immediately hacked some Alexandrians to death but chained up some to lead away as prisoners.

Do he wasn't. The driver was killed when he was shot with the rifle while driving toward the town. The truck then crashed into the wall of the town, which messed the driver's face up. By the time dumbass Spencer figures out how to get out of the tower, the driver had already turned.
