On the other hand, i have no idea what the end game would be with that unless she was buying her way into the Wolves but that makes no sense either. The last thing i would want in a zombie apocalypse like this one would be a baby to deal with.
Women aren't rational. They just see a baby and think it's cute and take it... It happens IRL.

And there's Morgan's transformation
I don't think so yet. Took the last scen as a visual representations/metaphore that carol and Morgan are still taking different paths/views
I actually kinda think that it is a metaphor that they are heading in opposite directions - Carol coming down a bit from the extreme "don't care, kill everything that moves" place she's at and Morgan coming up a bit from the "peace, love and flowers, hit 'em with a stick and let 'em steal a gun and escape" place he's at.
Of course the metaphor is kinda flawed in that they haven't come close to passing one another like they did on the street. I think they're still a few miles apart in their take on things.

Anybody else think Coral was about to be a goner when they were sitting down beside each other?

Yeah that's definitely what I was thinking.
JSS - just survive somehow

Yup. When that happened I posted
"Enid gonna kill Carl and steal Judith
Bank"
And you can still take the second part of that prediction to the bank.

And shouldn't there be a comma after survive? "Just survive, somehow."
I'm bothered by the lack of punctuation in Enid's note to Carl.
Kids these days

Why didn't rick and co. hear gunshots before the horn?
Not sure if mentioned already

Also, when Morgan walked into the house at the end, I thought the lady in the armory was gonna shoot him
Thank god I was wrong

Let's not forget about the scared fat chick that Carol gave the gun to in the armory and that she told to shoot anyone that came in. If I was a betting man I'd say she's going to cause some grief next episode. She won't know the danger has passed and will shoot one of the good guys when they go into the armory.
EDIT:
Saw this after I'd already posted. And I was thinking the same thing that she was going to waste Morgan myself. She still might.

I wonder if Morgan is all about giving people second chances, and if they don't give up their ways he just fricking kills them.

Even after hearing the horn, why did it take them forever to not show up?

You don't think there's any possibility that they Might have been detained by say, a huge horde of zombies converging on Alexandria?

The road back to Alexandria was impassable, on account of about 30,000 walking dead.

Either they got caught up in some of the zombie horde or they're trying to divert as many as they can from town.

Stop saying bank. Enid didn't take Judith. The show would've ended on that cliffhanger. Same as whatshername in the armory shooting Morgan. If it was going to happen to Morgan, it would've happened last night.
From the looks of the teaser, it appears that a good portion of the walkers that broke off from the diversion will make it to Alexandria. I'm hoping Rick and co make it back before then.

"A" was also written on the same house that Carol got the guns from, I think they marked
No. The little kid had an A stamp that he's been playing with since the Alexandria storyline began. He stamped the hands of a lot of the group the night of the first party they attended after arriving there. He was playing with the stamp as he sat on the steps and Carol scolded him before the attack. She saw the A and it reminded her of how hard she had been on him and if he even survived the attack. Carol having an emotional moment.

So Enid lets them in, but due to still wanting the Coral D she gets indecisive, then runs off with
No. Enid didn't let them in. Her backstory showed no connection. Her reference to getting in over the walls with not enough sight lines were about how easily she and Carl had gotten in and out. She just doesn't want to get close to anyone after her parents death. Her leaving now is because of her "code" of Just Survive Somehow. Getting close to people, in her mind, disrupts your ability to survive.
