Am I the only one? Am I going to hell for thinking this?

Sweet, the thread complaining about TWD is finally here. That took about thirteen hours longer than usual.

Honestly, you are late to the party. The boring bandwagon started in season 2. There is still plenty of room; so, climb on board.

It's actually quite the opposite for me.

My main complaints about the series to this point were always lack of interesting characters and stupid actions driving conflict.

The characters are becoming more than just 2 dimensional and the things driving the drama are beyond the control of the characters.

I like the start to the season so far.

I still watch it...but I'm not counting down the time until the next episode anymore. It doesn't make me crave the next episode like GOT does.

The first 2 episodes this season were very focused on showing that they had become comfortable and complacent. Now that Rick has put his holster back on, I'd imagine things will return to normal.

I was beginning to think this last season but these first 2 episodes have been solid.

One day someone is going to have to explain to me why folks sit through something that they don't like or doesn't entertain them.

I definitely watch it, but I think BB has set the bar so high that the writing for TWD seems so weak.

It is beginning to get boring, but not enough for me to quit watching it.

It was pointed out on the Talking Dead that they are giving us exactly what we wanted. Way more Zombies, them becoming more of a threat, a different threat besides the zombies (sickness), more real life conflicts instead of forcing them and a huge shake-up coming.

Hell it's to the point where if I didn't see this thread, I'd probably forget about the show. Almost forgot last night

I posted this in the recent episode thread. They need to get back out on the road. I want them to come into contact with more groups of people. That is the most compelling aspect of the scenario presented in the show, human interaction.

Of course not; the show sucks.

I am still enjoying it, but I think they need to be forced out of the prison soon. Eventually, creating a normal life will get old. They will need to have a goal (i.e. a destination, battle, etc.) to drive the season.
