I have one of the graphic novels and I feel the show captures the vibe and look quite well. Only watched the first episode so far but I really liked it.

I'm pretty similar. It was enjoyable but not earth shattering. I like some of the cast but some of the others seemed a bit forced.

I was curious about the show. We just watched episode 1 it’s ok.
For those that read the comics is the gay story line in them or did Netflix have to turn it into a fudge packing series for no reason.
If it’s in the source then at least they are sticking to it. If not then that’s a bit annoying.

Just finished episode 3. The first episode was slow, but the next two were pretty good.

I’m willing to give it a chance because the previews looked cool and the start of episode 1 was good and then Alex came in and had to not only gay it up but actually just be boring and suck.

Literally every character is gay in this show. It’s unbearable. I’m on episode 6 and I quit. The show is not good either without all the gay.

I haven't seen this yet, so I don't have an opinion yet. But I don't know why a female, who's pulled off an androgynous look quite well in the past, playing a shape-shifting character designed to look like an even more androgynous David Bowie is an automatic problem.

My main question would be if the source material has every character as gay or something like that. If it does then fine keep it original. If not then why is it front and center unless it’s to be tied into the story.
