So apparently Disney did not let any of the media watch the second half of the Acolyte season.

Modern Disney would screw it up, though. Probably make the Rebels the bad guys like they are trying to do with the Jedi Order

That’s pretty standard. Critics have only seen the first 4 episodes of House of the Dragon season 2 as well.

I think they could make a great show of him going around helping stormtroopers assimilate into society after episode 9, etc. or stopping them from becoming muscle for gangsters etc. he would know protocols, training etc.

and i’ve never gone too deep into what the STormtroopers are about but Finn didn’t even have a name he had an identity number. So you get the idea they were raised from birth to do this. So that’s pretty wild to turn on that kind of conditioning. Also the trauma that is likely involved in that is a compelling story.
I would have watched a movie of him trying to free some other stormtroopers or a training center for kids who were being conditioned for that.
Boyega has always been pissed that he basically god sidelines and i sort of agree with him
